Only1MILLION Seat Travel Cushion - Ergonomic

Bought it for my wife for her office and she really likes it. She said after having it now for about a month she can tell a positive difference in comfort. Some people complain that this isn't as thick as some of the others on the market but if it was a lot thicker she might not be able to adjust her seat enough to be at a good level.

My concern was whether I could wash the entire item, including the foam insert. Turns out I removed the outside cover and washed it in our washing machine (warm) together with the foam insert, and they both survived with no damage. I suspect the interior insert is closed cell foam, so it did not absorb water. I stood it on end to dry and it was totally dry in a few hours. I also air-dried the cover.Since the foam insert is covered by a fitted lace-like matrix material, it makes it very easy to reinsert it into the cover without getting resistance from the foam rubber.Since our cushion is used on a wheelchair in an assisted living facility, I have had to write Indelible marker pen directional information on the outside cover ("This side toward rear", "This side UP"), since some attendants seem confused about how to use it and frequently placed the opening to the front rather than the rear of the chair, or positioned the cushion upside down.I hope this information might be of use to others considering this cushion.

The price was right and the shipping was fast but, and this is going to be a very weird "but". I have a case of minor Sciatica and sitting is themost uncomfortable. This cushion made it more painful, and here comes the "but", I gave it to a friend of mine who has really severeback problems and he Loves It. So for that reason it gets 4 stars.

This saved me on a three day road trip. I'm at the point where I'm comfortable sitting on a firm surface whole leaning forward, but can't do plush seats or the drivers seat of my car without discomfort. With my previous solution (a neck pillow with the opening near my tailbone), I'd get achy after 20 mins in my car. With this solution, I didn't start getting achy until about 10 hrs on the road. It's the best thing I've found.While its nice that it will conform to your own butt shape, I wish it would stay thicker. It permanently deforms a little to match your shape. I'm obese and it's now only half its original thickness, meaning that my tailbone does make some contact with my seat. It's better than nothing, and is still much better than my previous solutions, I just wish the foam would have stayed thicker like it was before I took the three day road trip on it.

i have been using this cushion for two months now. thinking i had back problems and was looking for stiff foam seat additive. sadly what i got was a to small for a 5'8" 195LB guy like me and the cushion was not only to narrow it was also not deep enough for my legs in my office chair unlike the pictures shown in the product page. and my legs would hang off the cushion pinching them and causing pain. also the way the cushion is shaped it cuts off circulation and causes sharp pain in my hip area. i am only 23 and have a lot of work to get done i take breaks every hour but i am working for 8-14 hours almost every day/night.i am not saying this is a bad product im just saying that it did not work for me.

Oh, what a great product this is! I have fibromyalgia, which is a condition characterized by chronic pain and fatigue, and I was having trouble with being able to do things while seated upright. Things like sewing, drawing, painting, crafts, all the hobbies that help keep me sane. After an hour or two I would be so sore that I just couldn't do any more of whatever I was doing. Then I got this, and it takes enough pressure of my tailbone and lower back that I can do the things I enjoy for longer periods of time with less pain afterwards. I think I may need to buy a couple more so I don't have to carry the one I have all over the house.

For $25, I got a very effective support cushion that helps to align my spine, especially when I'm sitting for long periods of time. I work from home as an Engineer, and often find myself sitting for many hours in one stretch to get work done. This item has alleviated quite a bit of back pain that I was having from my thinly cushioned chair. Thanks to its small size, I can easily bring this with me to outdoor concerts where there are only wooden benches to sit on. As a bonus, my cats love to curl up on it and fit quite perfectly. No complaints.

The quality is good. Sometime when I sit for a while, it always slide down. I need to stand up and then sit down again. So Far, I do not experience for any adjustment for my sit position. I hope it will work soon.
