I used this for a 4-hour trip, and it held up very well, never fell off or jiggled on bumpy roads. I could position it well and extent it well enough for a good view while driving, which helped a lot with my short stature. I was able to attach it easily to my windshield and detach it without a problem too. Good quality and sturdy

Perfect addition to my Garmin GPS. Works great in VW Beetles, vans, and SUVs. Holds Garmin without issue and remains stable.

This suction cup mount works great also for dash mounts with using the sticky gell suction cup. I haven't used the other dash board mount because it does work with the sticky suction mount. It does need to have a flat surface for that to work. The reason I gave a 4 star rating is that it does vibrate some if the road is rough when using on the dashboard which causes the GPS to tilt down making it harder to see. The adhesion works great though. I haven't used it on the windshield much yet because it would stick pretty hard on the windshield.

Ok, this thing was stuck to my windshield for three years. I tried pulling it off the first year I had it to place into another vehicle, but it would not budge. When I did m car. I had to scrap it off with a puddy knife. The sticky gel was incredibly stuck. Sadly it cannot be adhered again. Don’t plan on moving this to another windshield. Buy one for each vehicle. Never had an issue with it!

This mount is more versatile for positioning than typical mounts. It stays put on dash and isn't so affected by heat and cold. Good item.

A bit misleading, this is not about the product but about the manufacturer/seller. The suction cup mount shows the GPS mounted, and I assumed (this is what I get for assuming) that all parts are included. The clip (AKA cradle, AKA holder) is not included. We had a windshield suction cup mount long ago, and it has vanished. We are switching to a dash board mount. However, we cannot mount it. This is not necessarily a problem, except 1Zero does not sell the cradle. Its really wild being back in the USA after being abroad, you can buy anything over there for replacement parts and accessories, even for old items. This is a generic item for currently manfactured GPS units but is incomplete. Simply terrible. I have to find a source that sells the cradle (more money, more time) and pray that it is compatible with the 1Zero mount I bought. Looking online at multiple sellers and products, the dashboard mount comes with a cradle, but this does not.

OK guys I needed this to not my Garmin GPS cause I have one that I keep in my vehicle but when I go out and do fieldwork, I’ll take it with me and I mark where I’m going in it and I just needed it to fast and better than the beanbag one that I got because when I’m driving around it slides and moves it’s been good and it holds my Garmin 61 up well but I wanted one in the work truck that is kind of a little permanent and won’t slide around, especially when it goes up against a glass. It’s sometimes difficult to reach up there and grab it and just not safe this solve that problem but I gotta be honest. I haven’t actually mounted it in the truck yet. I have it and have used the beanbag a couple of times because before I mount the base on it, I need to get some isopropyl alcohol and clean off the dash so that any armor, all or cleaner or fancy stuff that people wipe it with makes it stick better cause if there’s any type of oil on it like armor roll it won’t stick very well. It needs to be a really clean surface so that is why I just haven’t done it yet, but I plan to I promise within the next 6 to 7 years to have done that if I’m still working, I may not because I plan on retiring in about two years, so yeah, I might stick it to the side of the truck or stick it on the hood. Let them work on it but anyways it will do the job that I want it for when I finally do get it installed.

I'm happy with it and it is re-useable, I have changed cars and was able to swap it over, but, the adhesive can let go during hot weather with the second use. I’ve just purchased this item for the second time as the adhesive on the base of the first unit gave out eventually & it would have become a flying object, should I have an accident. This was the third vehicle transfer for the original and I had no hesitation in purchasing this item again. It does what I need it to do, very well.

Like the suction power and work very will on my truck.

Very convenient. However find it loses suction sometimes when on a hot windscreen.
