Good octoprint unit
This little computer is very good for what it is. I wasn't expecting much out of it considering the price, but it met my needs very well.I use this as a 3D printer control system via a software called octoprint. It works very well for that. I can even browse the web and watch videos on it while it's running a print.I did knock a star off because of how finicky this thing was to set up and the fact that it likes to lock up on certain tasks when pushed a little too hard. Mind you, it's still wonderful for the price, it's just not mind-blowing enough to get 5 starsI also wanted to knock a star off for this "starter kit" not including something as basic as a power adapter. However, I already knocked a star off and I still believe that my overall experience is closer to 4/5 than 3/5. I just ended up using a basic Samsung phone charger, rated at 5v and 2amp.

SD card is garbage!
It's the cheapest pi3B+ I could find.Comes with a slightly modified version of Raspbian, the official raspberry pi operating system. The large heat sink is the best, and really necessary if you want to put this in a box.The SD card is total crap. Yes, it's operable, but for $2-3 more, they could have gotten a SanDisk A1 MicroSD card. The card is super slow, barely enough for normal operation, about as slow as a 10 year old USB 2.0 flash drive, and updating the system takes 6 to 7 hours!Instead I had to buy another MicroSD card, a SanDisk A1 16GB, and the update procedure tool only 15 min.The SD card is garbage. The chipset could do with 3 more heat sinks. And the most important things, aren't included:A case, and a power adapter.Thankfully, I've found a $26 case, with power adapter, and extra heat sinks, as well as a touch screen! If you're not going to buy it with a decent power adapter and case, please at least get a decent MicroSD card (A1 rated). It's really a must for the updating procedures! If you can, also get a case with a case fan.The large heat sink does get quite hot (70C under load, 50C with a fan).

Poor Manufacturing Quality
The Raspberry Pi works great, and I didn't have any trouble while using it until last week. I had been using HDMI to output display, but I was unable to switch to using the display port because the camera and display ports are MOUNTED BACKWARDS. There is no way to correctly use the port due to this manufacturing error. I have contacted the manufacturer but have not received any responses. This kind of error is egregious and severely limits the capabilities of the Pi. Until some corrective action is taken, I cannot recommend this product from LoveRPi.Coming back because there is more negative to say. The solder joints are so bad that the Pi will turn off occasionally because the HDMI and power ports are not properly attached. Terrible job and no chance at getting your money back from them. I tried to reach out and was met by a wall of indifference from LoveRPi. Cannot recommend this or any other product from them.

Have bought 8 of these. What's not to like?
I have bought 8 of these. My son fried one, but that's to be expected. 5 were for an after school tech club. Being able to slap on the included heat sinks, stick in the included microSD with NOOBS already on it, flip a switch and boot up is very helpful -- I have enough to do leading this activity. And, really, if you paid for the heat sinks and an 8GB Sandisk microSD separately, you wouldn't save anything, maybe a dollar, so not having to download the OS is just plain nice. I've done it, no big deal, but no thrill either. For the tech club I dropped each of the Pis into a "SB Components Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ Transparent Case" for under $6 per, and was ready to rock.

Great product, but mine was missing the raspian programming
I actually love this, however the SD card didn't have the raspian loaded so my friend had to download it for me. I also couldn't find a way to contact the seller about so that's why it lost a star. Other than that, this is a great tool for a project and learning to code. There is a ton of reference material online and the raspberry pi.org has a lot of community support. Highly recommend this product.

Heat sinks arrived without thermal tape
Raspberry Pi is a solid product.Unfortunately, the included kit heat sinks arrived with no thermal tape applied. Instructions included state that peel and stick thermal tape is supposed to already be applied to heat sinks. Would have been easier to order the kit components separately since that was my end experience to get running.

Comes with a heatsink for the CPU that's too tall.
It's a RasPi and that says it all except it came with two heatsinks. The one for the network chip is fine, but I stuck on the cpu one and it is too tall. You can't seat a "hat" on it, as it hits the hit sink when you press it into the connector. Duh.
