They are the best thing I've come across for a cough suppresant
I carry these in my purse at all times. They are the best thing I've come across for a cough suppresant. Years ago I was working through a hacking cough and my supervisor at work, a woman who had grown up in Beijing, brought me a bottle of Nin Jiom Pei Pa Koa that she had picked up in San Francisco's China Town. It was a miracle elixir to me. Unlike American cough medicines, it soothed my raspy throat and stayed there, leaving that soothing comfort coating my throat. I became an immediate fan of the syrup and turned on many friends to it. Then I discovered that my favorite cough medicine was also available in lozenge form. Don't let the "candy" moniker fool you...these are throat lozenges. The syrup is still my favorite but you can't be carrying around a bottle all the time and these do the trick njcely.

Don't want to be without them
Something in the loquat must be a suppressant. These work better than Riccola cough drops both for little hacky allergy coughs and post-cold bronchial lingering deeper recovery coughs. I have the syrup at home but keep the candies in my purse. I'm buying more to put some in my gym bag, travel kit, and by my desk. These are portable and helpful and I don't want to be without them.

Awesome cough drops that really loosen things up!!!
Sad I can not get my favourite Nim Jon Pei Pe Koa cough syrup right now. Just too in demand so way too expensive. I haven't contracted COVID-19 but my seasonal allergies can get me VERY congested and often in the chest. I got these today and had one before I took my shower. The combination of the drop and a hot shower had me coughing up and spitting out lots of mucus in the shower. My sinuses were clear. Will definitely be taking at least one of these daily even when feeling fine. Wonderful!

Works for mild sore throat, but Nin Jiom herbal chew is a better product.
This product works for me on mild sore throat. I previously used same product in soft herbal chew form (rather than hard herbal candy form), which works even better. I wish Amazon would carry Nin Jiom herbal chew in the future.
