Will work fine with an output resistor
For those who can't get these to work, place a 3k to 5k resistor between terminals 1 and 8.Look at the datasheet. So far so good!

Got the job done!
The packaging was basic but the product worked well for my application. Good price so no complaints.

Works as expected as replacement to LM358
As advertised. A word of caution for those switching from LM358. This is not a drop-in replacement. I've attached a diagram of it's connections as a basic comparator.
