When I was prescribed Ozempic , the main feedback I read and received was about the constipation and bloating issues. I refused! So I set out to make sure that if I were to have any issues constipation would not be one of them. Along with a little fiber, water and THESE gummies have kept everything normal. I'm a week and a half in and not a day yet have I had the common side effects. The gummies are helping my stomach balance out too from feeling queezy (another common side effect). I plan on continuing these gummies well after, highly recommend, especially for the amount and price. And yes they taste good!

These gummies have a pleasant taste and smell really good. They are very easy to take throughout the day. They do cause gas and bloating, but I believe that just means it’s working efficiently to clear out your gut. I have had more frequent bowel movements while using this product, so their strength is pretty potent. I would suggest starting off with small doses and then increase as your body gets used to them. I have not noticed a difference in sleep, due to using these or any nutritional benefits, but I’ve only been using them for about a month.

The taste is amazing. They are soft, not hard to chew like some gummy vitamins. I feel like they're doing the job. I have less stomach issues and I've lost a couple of lbs. I use these along side the Amazon fiber gummy. Also, cant beat the price! Will buy again.

these gummies helped my digestive system get better and they taste and smell great. the one downside is that there are only 25 servings per bottle, so you have to restock pretty frequently compared to the other amazon basics gummy vitamins i use
