After having 3 kids and suffering from iron decencies, my once thick curly hair become paper thin and almost non existent. I bought product back in January because of the great reviews on here. I was a bit skeptical since I never took biotin because I never had an issue with hair or nail growth. My nails are fairly strong and my hair has been through a lot considering I have been coloring my hair since I was 13 years old.My reason for purchasing HairAnew was because I had discovered a huge bald patch in the back of my head. I never noticed it because my hair covered the spot. After discovering it, l was very distraught(I'm a vain woman). My sister told me after I had cried over the phone from the discovery, that she had seen the bald patch a year before I discovered it. Feeling insecure I had done some research and found out that taking biotin would aid in hair growth and nails but also clear up skin? Of course I did not wanted to buy just any brand out there, I wanted something that actually worked.Finally, I took the chance and tried HairAnew. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did! I took it twice a day with a meal as the directions say. I saw results after two weeks. I was happy to see results with every picture I tool. Now you can't even see the spot. I also noticed my nails were stronger. I work in a salon and I tell everyone about this product. It's now August and my hair is grown out but not as long as the same length of my hair. This is the best product I have ever used. I have relaxed hair that recently begin to break off and this product has helped in grow a little over and inch in less that a month!

I got this because back in February, when I went to a hair salon to get a haircut, my hairdresser told me i have a bald spot on the right side on my head. Which was kinda embarrassing. I couldn't see it so he took a picture and was shocked when I finally saw it. When i had my physical check up done around May, my dr told me i had to go see a specialist for my hair, maybe they can prescribe something or have a steroid shots on that part of my scalp that's completely bald. I know it would cost a lot of money so I hesitated. I went to amazon to see if i can get a hair pill that's going to help my situation. And found this, read the rating and decided to get it. I ordered two bottles. When i got it, i took it just like what it said on the bottle. Two pills a day. So I would take it in the morning. I finished the bottle and I noticed the bald spot just got bigger. So i was disappointed and was thinking of just getting rid of the other bottle. But I figured I'll just take it every night. One more month later, bottle was empty. Checked my bald spot again and people!!!!theres hair growing finally!!!! So i guess for me, it works after i had a meal. Because i ordered another bottle and it was just growing fast! To the point i needed another haircut. Of course that part pf my hair was a lot shorter but you cant see the bald spot anymore!!! Give this time (a few months) and you will see results, especially if you also take other vitamins your body needs and eat well overall. For people who are on special diets or cut out major food groups from their meals (meat, gluten, dairy, carbs etc) they are at more risk for micronutrient deficiencies which can affect the growth and texture of the hair, and contribute to hair thinning. I use this product mostly for the biotin but it also has other beneficial nutrients for hair growth and seems to have a good formula with balanced quantities of nutrients. I take it with saw palmetto, betasitosterol, and a standard multi for women, and iron (3 days per week- I do not eat meat), and have found that over time, my hair falls out less and looks and feels much fuller and healthier. A healthy lifestyle is needed to help keep your hormones in check to help keep your hair as you age, including exercise, lots of water and not sugary drinks, and keeping weight under control. I have noticed the more weight I put on, the more hair falls out, and I have noticed in heavy women who are middle aged, that they seem to have more hair loss than leaner women of middle age. I am unsure if this is related to estrogen/hormone imbalance, but I see it often enough to know that excess body fat and hair loss in middle aged women is connected. So keeping lean and making sure you supplement nutrients your hair needs, has been extra helpful.

I was so excited to give this product a try due to they got excellent consumer reviewes; but now I'm starting to think the reviews are biased due to the fact that My hair has been fallen out like crazy ever since I started using this product. I'm not sure if this is part of the side effect but regardless lossing hair is not fun so I stop using it.

Started 2 weeks ago and already noticing an improvement in my skin and hair and nails. Nails are a lot stronger and growing really well, hair seems to have more volume than before, I have very fine hair but lots of it and skin on my face looks very nourished. I will keep buying this product and the free one makes it even better. Definitely worth a try. Price is worth the results.
