DG CasaArgo Upholstered Panel Bed Frame with Storage Drawers and Diamond Button Tufted Nailhead Trim Headboard, King Size in Platinum Fabric

I first saw this bed on Wayfair and fell in love. It had the glam style I was looking for, with the studded, tufted headboard, in a soft gray color that wouldn't clash with my decor, a platform bed for a crisp, clean, finished look and it had built in storage for all my extra clothes (because lets face it, I have a lot). I could never find it in stock on Wayfair and when I located the same bed here on Amazon with good reviews, I decided I'd give it a shot.The package arrived on time, in 3 separate packages. I got a little concerned at first because not all of my packages arrived the same day, but I contacted the seller and they were able to provide me multiple tracking addressed for each of the packages.Putting the bed together was a bit of a chore, I definitely recommend a power screwdriver and a second person (although it can be done alone). The directions are minimal, but if you are a seasoned Ikea furniture builder you will know what needs to happen. I think it took me about 2.5 hours with the help of one other person. The power screwdriver is almost nessecary for putting the drawers together as you are required to screw through some chipboard that has no pre-drilled holes.After reading the reviews I noticed many people complained about the lack of support of the bedframe. It's important to note that as a platform bed, with the headboard height you cannot use a boxspring on this bed, (you can, but it will look ridiculous and you will need a stepstool or a running jump to get into bed). The bed only comes with 3 horizontal crossbars, so without a boxspring there isn't enough support to keep a mattress from sagging. I headed the advice of another review and purchased the "Zinus Annemarie Solid Wood Bed Support Slats / Fabric-Covered / Bunkie Board, Queen" (pictured in the 2nd photo) to boost the support of the mattress and am very happy with the combo - if you are short on cash you can also buy some 2x2 from home depot to reinforce the bedframe.I am so happy with my purchase. This bed has the look of some really high price bedframes AND it includes storage. For the price, even after adding the additional support slats, I don't think there is anything better on the market.

I love the look of this bed and the added storage capability. It did take a while to ship and came in multiple boxes. It was ripped on the linen footboard but they worked with me on price. I was in a pinch and needed a bed and decided to keep because over all it does not show and is a great looking bed for the price! I love the added storage and it was pretty easy to put together! ( I do suggest having a screw gun! ) I would put a rug under of on wood floors for Sturdiness or stability- if on carpet I bet it’s fine.

The bed looks very nice, we received several compliments from relatives. The bed was relatively easy to build but time consuming. It took me about 4 hours to built including a few breaks. Without a drill it could take a very long time since there were many screws. Instructions were easy to follow but difficult to read since the print was very small. If you are not handy I recommend you get it professionally built.When I first received the bed the headboard was broken (due to delivery) but within 24 hrs customer service set me up to receive a new headboard. Make sure you take pictures of any damaged packaging and products to facilitate the process. Overall, I recommend this bed because it’s looks great, decently priced, sturdy and great customer service.

Its really not that hard to read before purchasing. Why are you bouncing on a bed without putting the required support in place? I mean... why?So this bed is of great quality for the price. I bought this for my daughter and it makes the quality of my bed seem inferior. This bed was on another site and then I found it here cheaper. The only questionable part was the thin drawer bottoms. Even with the support, I can see something happening that will put a hole in the unsupported sections. Time will tell.Things you may want to know:The bed comes in three boxes. Headboard arrived the next day... then a mild wait of a few days for the next and then hours until the next. Strange. If taking up stairs alone, unbox downstairs and take a few trips. One box was too heavy for me.If you are a novice at putting furniture together, seek help for this one. The one sheet of paper instructions leave much to be desired. Use a drill not those trash allen wrenches or a hand screw driver (don't over tighten)! Charge your drill all the way (I did not because I didn't feel like waiting so low power it was). Lots of screws. It took me about 2 hours to put together alone with mild breaks.The four screws that are placed in the headboard and footboard to hold the side rails on, barely screw them in until after the side rails are attached. I struggled with getting the first one on because I thought it was loose enough to slide on but it wasn't.Cheat Code: If you like to clean under your bed, don't attach the bumpers on the drawers. My daughter can now pull out the drawers completely to get the vacuum under the bed without moving the bed. I thought of this one all by myself. LOL

I had my old bed frame for 13 years. It was made out of wood and I absolutely loved it but I needed a change. It was old, heavy and I wanted a new look. So I found this bed frame and thought it was so beautiful so I purchased it. The boxes came damaged but everything inside was alright. It was pretty easy to put together. My husband and I plus our small dog and 3 cats sleep on this bed. Combined we don't weigh over 375. The bed was a little wobbly but we added some more slats to the bottom, a thin box spring and our mattress and thought it should be good! We were wrong. Within a year the slats that came with the bed were all bent and we were so grateful that we bought our own. Within two years the siding on the bed split from the slats and the headboard detached. We now had to toss our bed frame out because it's broken. Do yourself a favor and save some money in the long run. Get a frame that will last a decade unlike this one. It's cute but not sturdy or long lasting.
