Made from poison!
It was recommended I take this and it did nothing. After finding out it’s made from cyanide a deadly poison (don’t care if the amount is too small to be harmful) I stopped taking it. I‘ll stick with supplements that aren’t made from deadly poison, thanks.

no energy at all don’t work
they don’t give you any energy at all so after three or four days of trying one I decided to take two and I did nothing and then I took three another day it did absolutely nothing as a matter fact kind of put me to sleep...any vitamin B 12 in these ??. I’ve bought the cheap ones at Walmart and had a better effect

Product contains milk!
The product description should be more clear that it contains milk. Was surprised and disappointed to find this out only after it arrived. Plus - why? Why in the world would you even need to add milk to this????

Felt nothing
Feel like these include melatonin, been yawning after taking 5 - no energy. Probably could take entire bottle and fall asleep at a rock concert. I’ll stick with Stacker 2’s B12 energy shots.

Wouldn’t buy again
Compared to other swallowable pills, these aren’t good. I didn’t notice a different after taking consistently. I think they are too tiny to be as potent are regular pills. Might work for kids tho...

HAS MILK IN IT! Not for vegans
Why in the world would this need milk in it??? Did not expect that, returning this product. Not for vegans.
