So far so good. Doesn't leak but yeah the regulator is fake. Not a big deal for me I have an external regulator.

We purchase a product to repair our compressor meet up to our expectations recommend this product for value for money and arrived when promised it would be nice to have a slightly more tracking information

The "Pressure regulator" is just a plastic knob with out any mechanism behind it. So both ports are always at tank pressure.
