These work as expected. I broke my level 1 band but Amazon is replacing it.

Works as expected quality is ok. Finger stretches work nicely. Strongest ring would’ve thought a bit harder but not bad.

Helps Hurting Hands
I purchased a hand massager that came with this type of large rings. The massager was junk so all items were returned, but I loved the rings so ordered them separately. My hands hurt all the time & squeezing these large rings really helps them feel better.I also sent a set to my adult son who is learning to play guitar.Arrived on time & love them.Thank you.

Came without any information
Like others have mentioned, package came without any information on use such has stretch & release reps, stetch & hold time, etc. Experimenting under normal circumstances would be OK, but I had Endo Carpal Tunnel release & Ulnar Nerve release in right hand/elbow a month ago. Surgeon has since released me for normal use of hand and said this product could be helpful when I showed it to him on the Amazon web page. However, I'm sure he assumed as I did that it came with info on use so as not to overdo it.

They work quite well!
My hands get sore from pruning, and my husband has trouble with his wrist periodically. We both felt that these helped our aches and pains. We like that 3 different sets are included so that we can work our way up the dexterity ladder. They seem to be made very well, and while we were surprised to find no instructions enclosed, they are really self explanatory.

Don’t bother
I would not buy this kit with the 3 rings and 3 finger exercise items. The one from Logest also bought from Amazon is a little better. They have the weight of tension printed on them. The Logest kit I bought had more items and cost a little more. The package they were in was also opened.
