Bipod Mount Compatible with Harris Style Bipod Adapter Low-Profile Aluminum

The bipod mount install was fairly easy if your familiar with the AR platform and can remove your rail. Very sturdy and great price compared to other mounts on the market which are virtually the exact same but much more expensive.

I tried the Xaegistac brand first and it was terrible - swivel locked in with epoxy, too tall, hole too small; My Magpul MOE bipod would not sit flush and it was so hard to remove (small hole) that I was afraid I was going to break it.The Sawke, on the other hand, is almost identical to my Magpul brand adapter. The only negative is the screw heads are smaller than the magpul, so they don't fill up the pocket in the adapter as much, but that is purely cosmetic.In my photos, the Magpul is on the black rifle and the Sawke is on the white rifle.

This bipod adapter was very easy to install and mated up perfectly on my rifle's mlok. It is solid and stays in place with no wiggle at all. Bipod is mounted to it nice and securely. Defibitely cannot argue with the value for the money as this mount is made of metal, NOT plastic. Definitely a good buy.

Fit great but the hex head in the screws is not great. Nothing a good screw from a hardware store can't solve. Waiting for the bipod to come in to see if the post is going to fit. Ok my bipod from caldwell is in and I had to file down the sides of the swivel post to get it all the way in .because of the mount on the bipod. Not the fault of the mlok mount

I bought this specifically to mount a Harris SLM Bipod onto an M-Lok handguard. Read that the width of sling post was too wide and found that it was a tight fit, but fit well. I did not have to modify anything and was able to get the pins on the bipod engaged without any tools to pry the pins apart. I never have thought much of the Harris clamp setup, but with this mount, it's very secure. I gave a similar review on a popular name brand of this nearly identical item. Both work very well for the purpose I bought them for.

Mounting screw heads are way too small, wrong head shape and soft metal. Lock nuts are fine. Actual bracket seems fine and is mounted with the screws that came on the curved bracket also sold here that works better for mounting a "Harris" style bipod an an M-loc "AR" handguard. It will get the screws from an M-loc QD sling mount not currently being used.
