It is culinary matcha.
I was so excited to get this and then I tasted it. It tastes identical to the matcha used in green tea ice cream and flavored mochi. Don't be fooled like me, it's definitely not ceremonial matcha. It did not froth at all and clumped up when I prepared it (yes, I know how to do it right so it's not me it's the tea). Also it's extremely expensive because it is not what it is advertised as. Giant NO. 👎

Hello, I am sorry to have to say that the tea from your house is not a quality to be considered as good, and it is that when one uncovers the product, the packaging is excellent and raises the expectations of the delia to taste, but no!its flavor and color is acceptable, what is not acceptable is the number of lumps, say the powder that does not dissolve, even with enough movement and time to dissolve and even so this does not happen.So, I think that if they make a little more effort they manage to please the palate in the perfection.I humbly tell you this.🙏
