Not a good product
After one month and 4 days when you squeeze the trigger it doesn’t open. Was a great knife for a month

Heavy, bulky and doesn’t stay locked. Still works
It’s bulkier than regular razor knifes. The lock position doesn’t stay locked and often have to grip the whole handle firmly to keep the blade open. We consistently open boxed packages and cut cardboard and use several knives. This is one of the least used due to its inconvenience. Good idea, can be better and needs more development.

I love the retractable blade
I love the retractable blade. However the blades that come with it are not sharp as with other boxcutters iI've worked with.

Love / Hate, Do Not Buy On-Line !
I have one already that I would give a 5+ star to ! . It is the coolest box cutter that I've ever used. I've had mine for 2 years. It's operation is, Squeeze the trigger , the standard box blade comes out and locks into place. push the thumb release and it retracts. To change blade , push blade button and pull old blade out. Cycle the retract and trigger, and a new blade comes from magazine that holds several blades. I like so much I decided to order 2 more as gifts. I received the 2 and the locking button does not automatically engage. It can be tested still in package.the replacement 2 also did not function correctly either . I am now waiting for refund, not replacement.From the packaging, this can hang on the rack at a store. Do Not Buy On Line ! . Check out first at store, if works , then buy. Also same knife is available under several names , part number seems to follow. Patent Number was the same as on these 4 as one I have --> D492179 (is on Trigger )

Not as good as expected
Tool is a little heavy but this comes from metal used which is not a bad thing. Although squeeze handle jammed up on first night of use. I had to take apart and reinstall inner workings.Also found that if I left the extra blades in the holder they tend to jam up the blade when trying to use it.
