These cups take a little bit to get used to using, but are so effective. Much easier to use for active cupping (technique that involves moving the cup across the tissues instead of leaving it in one place) than ridged cups. The varied sizes make these very versatile for use all over. These are very useful for reducing pain, stiffness, and swelling and increasing circulation and soft tissue mobility.

Good product, would definitely buy it again. Sturdy, made with good material, and flexible. I use these at work and I am super happy with the product!

Despite only being 28, I've had my fair share of injuries from my years playing semi-competitive ultimate frisbee, climbing, weight lifting, running, and so on. I have noticed especially while doing squats the major tightness I have in my right hip/glute med compared to my left. After going to physical therapy and a chiropractor for my lower back and hip issues, I finally visited a massage therapist place nearby to try a cupping massage for my neck and upper back which have been bothering me for well over a year after suffering fairly severe whiplash from being rear ended last year. Let's just say I was hooked immediately and ordered a set right after my first massage. I initially ordered a different brand that had 4 sizes, 1 of each one. I realized quickly after that I wanted to be able to do pairs of cups for my back/neck/shoulders and so ordered this as an additional set. Like other reviews said, you definitely need oil for the suction to work correctly (I use almond oil). I use the static cupping method and the dynamic gliding method - though prefer the dynamic for areas I can reach and do myself. I use the tiniest ones for my neck and the next size up for the shoulder area. I rarely used the super XL size (not included in this set) and found the largest cup on this set to be plenty of suction for the hips/glutes/leg area. The pictures I've attached show the second time I did cupping on my IT band - I did both sides as equally as I can but you can tell how much more impact it made on the right now. It's quite satisfying actually - it doesn't hurt the skin, but can be a little sensitive when you get to some really tight areas. Doesn't hurt at all despite what appears to be major bruising. For this level of discoloration, it took about a week to fully fade which doesn't really bother me. It works wonders as I can feel how much more smoothly I can descend in my squats. I own a foam roller, massage stick, lacrosse ball and other PT items but think I prefer the feel of this for the hips/leg area. I watched several youtube videos to learn as well as got some tips from my massage therapist. Super easy to use - highly recommend for athletes out there! Definitely recommend getting the set of 6 (3 pairs of small/med/large - don't need the XL).

Not as comfortable as hard cups that use a pump, the edges of these have a pinchy (bearable) feel when I tried static cupping. Suction is limited, but can still be pretty strong. Not strong enough to leave the marks I was expecting or hoping for. These were not hard for me to squeeze, took some muscle with the biggest ones but they worked (when I say muscle, know that I'm just a lady and not some big strong handed man). The little ones worked great for active cupping (no pinchy feel when doing this). Overall happy to have for at home use, but they won't be a replacement for having a cupping session done with a pro, like I had hoped. I still plan to keep and use them in between treatments.Note: I have a high pain tolerance and want as intense a cupping session as possible. If that doesn't describe you then these may be just what you are looking for.

As therapist said, only use clear cupping so that you can see the color of your skin. That way you don’t have to bruise yourself and can remove before skin turns red and purple. Great quality product.

I bought this for a CEU cupping course for my LMT license. I’ve done cupping before, just on friends & family, but I want to be certified so I can provide it for my clients. I bought this because I want to be able to glide then during my sessions. I applied some to my husband while massaging him, and they worked perfectly! I applied some lotion and it was so simple to apply to his tissues. I was able to move the cup and it didn’t lose suction! I can’t wait to use these for my cupping course and in the future!

These are okay. I have used the dome shaped cups and they are much better. With the dome shaped ones, you can actually feel them pulling deep in your muscles. These cups actually feel like they are just pinching the skin, something I have never felt with the dome shaped cups. Also, they do not leave that dark mark over a tight muscle. On my thigh, I used these cups and a mark was left for only a few minutes. However, I used the dome shaped cups on the same area and it left a dark purple mark and I could feel it pulling deep in the muscle. They are kind of hard to use as well. With this accordion shape its hard to push the plastic because it is so thick. These are good for a massage where not much suction is desired but not that great for tight areas you want to work on.

The media could not be loaded.  I need the 6065 harder cup for deep suctions because I am trying to break down scar tissue. I read the reviews that the silicone is so hard it is impossible to compress the cup to create the suction (even by people who to go the gym regularly). There was little hope of success for me because my hands/ fingers/ grip are very weak. I didn't want to mess with hard acrylic cups and the pump, so I decided to try this set anyway. It turns out the cups are super easy to apply. I am including a video where I am doing it single handed with just my thumb, using the smallest cup. I tried sizes S, M and L. All are very easy to apply, it is even easier with both hands, but doable single handed. The suction is strong but not painful. It is too early to tell how well it works to break down scar tissue, but the application process is very easy. The small cup size is relatively too big for the Achilles tendon right behind the ankle bone. If you are targeting the lower part of your Achilles tendon and have small ankles, S may still be too big.

Stiff as promised, XL cups are very hard to press down on though. Great quality I'd say.

Je trouve que les ventôse vont super bien et sont de bonne très qualité!Il y a même des instructions à l’interieur.Peut-être les mettre en dessous de l’eau chaude pour que soit plus malléable, une fois que le Silicon est plus réchauffer ,je trouve que ça va mieux....J’adore!

Would order a size smaller in the future so that i could use them somewhere else like my calves and arm. But love them for cellulite
