Hotter than expected
The flavour is very good, however, depending on your palette, be warned it's very hot I used all the sachet the first time and almost blew everyone's head off so the second time I used less but this unfortunately diluted the overall flavour as it wasn't as intense so if you like hot Thia curry this will be great for you

Great authentic taste, easy peasy to prepare.
Loved the authentic thai taste and was easy to use. Great standby store cupboard item to mix with coconut milk and any meat/fish/poultry
