Update after 10 months: These are super awesome man panties! They have held up better than my other lacy underwear and almost look new. I tend to wear them once every week to 10 days so they've been washed many times (in a delicates bag, always air dried) and would recommend them with no reservations.Fits well, very comfy. These have cotton reinforcement that goes through the crotch area making them quite comfy to wear all day long. Now just waiting for all the colors to be available through Prime.

Very sexy. Pics dont do it justice. Not sure how to size these. I wear a 38 waist. Initially ordered a L but chaanged my 2nd order to xl. They fit perfectly. In my 2nd order, I ordered a 4 pack of misc colors, one of them being white. It is more grey than white. I am somewhat disappointed about that. Otherwise I love them.

Advertised to fit up to 44 inch waist/hips. With no other options, I made the purchase. I wear 36 inch/Large briefs in US size. This item is just too small for anyone who wears larger than US size Medium. Otherwise, quality seems OK.Update: My lady and I went to a party yesterday. My gf picked these out for me, and while I've been on a kick lately for cage style panties, these were so much better than I had expected. They back side still tucks in nicely to feel sort of like a thong, but with more coverage. The pouch works perfectly both flaccid and erect. The material is to die for, I usually find lace to be too scratchy, but this material is still smooth. And the blue color I got (her favorite color) is an electric blue and really pops! I wear a size 36-38 waist, and I got the XL. It fits very well.
