It's not to powerful and won't sharpen very good

Save your money. You're better off using a steak knife to sharpen your pencils. This flimsy piece of garbage cannot sharpen your pencil. It will make a lot of noise and shake like crazy. The amazing thing is that not only will it partially sharpen 1 side of your pencil, it somehow manages to crack the pencil. I wish I could give it zero stars. I'm returning this rubbish today.

I was surprised how small this was when I got it, see photo. I was wanting a larger pencil sharpener because I wanted it to stay put and not get moved around the house and misplaced. Because it has to be plugged in to use it, you find it impossible to misplace. It's small so it is not an eyesore and it is SUPER easy to clean. Some sharpeners get clogged due to broken pencil tips or lead getting caught in the mechanism, but this one is so transparent and simple you can clean any debris with a flick or swipe. HIGHLY recommend.

I ordered the item currently listed here as "A-Blue" and received a pencil sharpener that looks almost exactly like it except for the name on the side. Instead of the CNASA brand name, it has Veyette printed on it. The sharpener works pretty well, except that it has no auto-shutoff for when the pencil is sharp. The auto shutoff is one of the listed features for the CNASA I purchased. The Veyette sharpener is listed separately on Amazon, and does not have an auto shutoff. I love this little sharpener. It sharpens my children pencils very sharp, just like how the like it! Sticky! I am impress that I could use the usb port on my HP printer to power it. That is really convenient for me. I don't have to use my cell phone usb wall plug to charge it anymore. I must say it sharpens 1 dozen (12) pencils before you have to empty it. I noticed that at times it won"t sharpen until you hold it in your hand and press down. I tried to circumvent only being able to sharpen 12 pencils by removing the cover but it does not work with the cover being off. So please be careful not to break the cover. So far I have sharpened 100 pencil and it is still working.. I just place an order for a pack up one for when this one go bad, which I hope don"t happen any time soon. Please note if you do sharpen 12 pencils at once you must use a paper clip or something to pull all the debris of of the sharpener as it is pretty compactly stored. Nevertheless you can sharpen 8 pencils comfortable without using something to pull out the shavings.

Not very powerful, must push pencils in with a bit of a force. Kids pencils with designs or characters on them just get ripped off and left dangling. Would not purchase again or recommend.

It arrived in working order. It is a good value. I have not personally used it as of yet. The miniature tricycle motor uses it the most. She thoroughly enjoys it and has not broken it yet. So thumbs up, way up.

This is such a deceiving listing. Most of the reviews here seem to be for a package of colored pencils. Also, there are multiple pencil sharpeners under the same listing? I got the small blue sharpener and while it's not *completely* worthless, MAN is it weak. I will be shocked if it lasts more than a few months. It's usable when it's plugged in via the USB connection, but don't even think about using it with batteries. Save your money and find something else.
