I liked this supplement so much I gave it two tries, but each time it gave me really severe, cyst-like acne. I stopped taking it weeks ago and some of the deep acne is still there (although it is dwindling in size). So frustrating because my bloating had gone way down and everything was working out really well gut-health-wise. If you aren’t prone to acne, definitely give this a shot. I’m going to try some other butyric acid supplements instead. For what it’s worth, I suspect (based on some googling) that it was the Vitamin E that made me break out, not sure though.

After taking this tablet no more bad smell gas. I thank to this formula.

My son is on spectrum and for some reason this seems to really help with some of his G.I. issues and other problems. It is worth a try and definitely worth the money!

I have multiple autoimmune disorders and I have tried soooo many things over the past 30 or so years for them. This supplement is something I tried several years ago on the advice of my acupuncturist. The intention was to take it while I was on a low-FODMAP, low-histamine, starch-free, low-carb AIP diet (told you I have tried a lot). I took Enterovite because I was eating a diet that, in my understanding, wouldn't feed my gut microbes what they need to produce the short-chain fatty acids humans need. I stopped taking Enterovite after a while because I didn't think it was doing anything for me in practical terms and I had re-introduced FODMAPs and resistant starches. I didn't notice any immediate difference so I forgot about Enterovite. Then when my family was moving homes, I came across the bottle and decided to take it again to use it up. At this point I was pretty healthy but my niggling issues improved dramatically with the re-addition of Enterovite. Fast forward several years and I stopped taking all supplements (Enterovite, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, magnesium) as part of another experiment. No immediate difference, but slowly I began having trouble controlling my most stubborn (but fortunately not the most serious) autoimmune condition, psoriasis. I restarted all the supplements except Enterovite--I just forgot it was important. My psoriasis didn't get better no matter what I tried and I just couldn't figure it out. After a year after I stopped taking it the 2nd time, I found a bottle of Enterovite while tidying up my pantry and decided to take ONE cap daily to use it up. My psoriasis cleared all the way up, like 100% clear, within probably a week. I had forgotten, again, why I had been taking this supplement, and I wasn't actually expecting or watching for any improvement because I have just been resigned to having a bit of psoriasis. But of course I noticed one day that--gasp!--my the skin on my legs was suddenly perfect. This supplement is freaking amazing. Psoriasis is so so so so intractable. There are many other things I do to control my autoimmunity but this supplement appears to be, at the very least, ESSENTIAL in order for me to be 100% clear of all symptoms. I am very grateful.

I am a pharmacist and I would suggest dont take any of these or any medications that you see online. One of my family members bought these and she had to go to hospital. All these products you see online or even from big pharma are BS. Nothing is better than eating healthy, getting well sleep and exercise.
