This is my second nail drill I order in one month, I bought it for personal use, so the first nail drill didn’t work straight out the box and had to send it back, so I order a different one and had doubts, the Miss Sweet nail drill, the boxing was really professional compared to the first order everything neatly wrapped and know crushed box in side the amazon box nicely packaged. I got the basic black and wanted to try it out really quick the sound is really quiet even when I turned it all the way up, no burn motor smell, and the nail tool are sturdy and made really well not to forget it came fully charged, the only down side is the bits are cheap sanders, but all the pieces was there and the hand drill is sturdy strong with a removable rubber grip, really please with this product 😊

Wonderful product. Packaged well for shipping. Easy to read instructions. Easy to charge, change bits, and use. Fits well in my hands. Not too heavy. The bits that come with it work well and are of good quality. Does not heat up. Very quiet. Easy to read digital screen and easy to use adjustments. Used for acrylic and powder dipped nails. I am very happy with my purchase!

I am gotten early this machine, happy to used it, my friends right away order one also. Any way I don’t like they’re change me handle fee 8 dollars and plus tax. Extra 15 dollars. Very quiet and convenient to use my job. I was spends money to buy cheap one, at short time all break it. Waste money. That I ordered one wish to not any problems. I used not enough a month yet, stop to work . I am lucky can return it. If over a month I lose $80. I don’t understand what is wrong? That price not cheap it? I feel so bad.

I got this today, but it doesn’t work!I’ve been bought this brand one time, it was really really good.(It was different model, but still same brand)That’s why I chosen this product, but...OMG...I'm so disappointed! I’m gonna return it ASAP.

This would be my second nail drill, I needed a good portable one. I ordered this one because my friend had another of the same brand, different model. It arrived, with all the pieces and to my surprise, fully charged. So needless to say I was able to use it for a full week before it died. Now here's the problem.. it won't charge. I plugged it in last night before bed and this morning I go to unplug and pack it up and it wont even turn on. I have tried 5 different outlets, an extension cord, I've tried turning it on while plugged in... nothing. It's just dead in the water and wont turn on no matter what I do. So I ultimately dont have a choice but to send it back since I wasnt even able to hardly use it. I'm really bummed too because I love the features of this drill. It can charge your phone, led screen display... oh well. On to find another drill.

Received mine yesterday and brought it to my salon. This little beauty has some power, held a charge all night and does mani's and pedi's seamlessly. Very impressed and so worth the money. Will be buying another for home use.

This is a hardworking little file. It does just as good a job as my full size without being tied down.

I love this! I had the electric model and it worked well, but this rechargeable version is so much more efficient and easier to handle. With everyone staying home due to the Pandemic... this is not only cost effective but also a good time to practice for perfection in your nails! Well worth the investment!
