Serenilite Firm Star Stress Ball and Hand Therapy Gel Squeeze Exercise Ball - Great for Anxiety and Hand Strengthening - Optimal Stress Relief

I was hesitant about buying this because of price. I’ve never had to purchase a stress ball before. People hand them out like Halloween candy these days and most of the ones on the market have atleast 2 in the pack for the same price. However, I bought this one for the star shape. It’s love it so much! The shape is perfect for a good grip and the feel is like no other stress ball. The gel inside makes it not too tough but still very firm and very durable. I can’t seem to put it down. I really wish another came in the pack, but it really is a great product.Update: the seller did reach out to me based on my review and let me know that there is a warranty if anything happens to the product. I appreciate that they reached out and tried to solve my problem. Great customer service. I still wish there was another though. Not because I’m afraid it’ll break (it’s very sturdy) but because I tend to lose things.

I have several of the Serenilite Hand Therapy Stress Ball's--I keep one at work, one at home, one in the car and one in my bowling ball bag. They've been great for both stress relief as well as helping me to build up strength in my fingers and forearms. When I saw the new Star product come out I wanted to give it a try.The shape is great! The points of the star really serve a couple of different purposes. You can put them between your fingers to improve your grip on the ball as you're using it. But what I also like to do is isolate one finger on 1 point of the star and just work that 1 finger. You can obviously do that with the ball as well, but the shape of the star makes it a little easier to maneuver in your hand when you're doing this.I also like that the star is a little firmer than the balls which means that when I have both of them with me like I do in one of the pictures, you can vary the resistance and the parts of your hands and fingers that you're working out.These have definitely had the desired effect. My forearms are much stronger and more defined and my fingers are much stronger and better conditioned. I'd like to think that I'm a little more even-tempered when I'm squeezing them, too! :-)To make sure you're working the muscles in both directions, be sure to pick up a finger stretcher which provides resistance in the opposite direction as well. If Willis and the Serenilite guys come up with one of those I'll definitely try it, but until that happens I like the ones you can find out here on Amazon from VOOCO.

Absolutely LOVE this stress ball! Has the perfect amount of firmness to it (not like those other super squishy stress balls). This is my second time purchasing from Serenilite (previous stress ball in photo). I love them both but I really like how your fingers can shape to the star shaped one. I really like the color too! The company also really cares about it's customers, I really recommend purchasing this item and from Serenilite in general.

I've always been compelled to be doing something with my hands, so this stress star helps me keep them occupied so I don't indulge my beard-picking habit. It's very firm and feels good in the hand. The star shape fits nicely in the hand.

This is really a unique stress/hand therapy ball. The shape allows for a very different experience than most balls like this. You can easily hold it with each finger having a spot to squeeze. The gel gives it a good weight and allows for a sense of satisfaction as you squeeze it. Overall, this is a great product and a worthy investment.

Apparently, I didn’t see the “firm” word. I was excited. By the shape which I thought would be large enough to reach all fingers in the squeeze. The shape was good but I couldn’t feel the squeeze even though you could tell my fingers were working. My fingers tired too easily. I’ve since ordered the squishy stars gel with 3 choice of firmness.. The soft is really soft for my weak hand to be able to push in enough to feel and not tire my fingers after 3 squeezes.

I really do like this product very much. Very comfortable and smooth to hold in the hand - perfect seam stitching means nothing rough or sticking out to make it uncomfortable or difficult to use - it's very smooth all around and the fabric has a very good, sort of soft hand-feel. I though the size would be too small but I was wrong - it fits very well in my palm with my fingers (on the long-ish side) having plenty of room to curl around it. The star shape gives nice separation between my fingers (not too much, not too little) to allow for independent exercising of each finger and thumb (and again, smooth stitching so no uncomfortable rubbing between your fingers). I give this thing a good workout at least twice a day and the cover is holding up with no sign of wear and tear or dirty-ness. (Unlike the Iso-Flex which lasted about a month - first the outer cover developed a hole and came off after about 3 weeks and a week later the inner cover developed a hole spilling out the contents. : ( ) This Firm Star shaped Serenilite really is firm - there's some resistance to the squeeze which I like a lot ~ very possible to give it a good squish and you feel your hand and fingers working to do it. Not at all too soft; also not at all overly firm. Once squeezed, it always instantly and completely returns to its original shape with no "dents" and is ready to go again. The seams never pucker when the star is squeezed. I definitely recommend this product. I think it may be a bit over-priced, BUT I will absolutely buy it again if / when I wear this one out.

This has been such a big help for my son to keep in his pocket for anxiety relief. He's not allowed to have "toys" at school, so I got him the cube so there was less of a chance that it would roll out of his pocket and someone would pick it up thinking it was a ball. Plus, it doesn't roll away from him if he fumbles and drops it. It's gotten a little softer since we got it (but that might be because it's made unintentional journeys through the wash and dry cycle in the washing machine at least three times) but he prefers it on the squishier side and it has held up to the wash very well. Going to pick up another one so he can rotate them out while one is being cleaned.
