Beautiful to look at
I was the patient. I took a picture of it with my smartphone and decided I wanted the same one! Come to find out why it performed the way it did was the fact that it cost over $600 plus! Way too much for me...and even if I had the extra money, I'm sorry. Besides, as the ad says you need to have some licensing! I have a fishing license? It would have been the one I purchased!

It's top of the line but it's over priced
The Nonin's are medical grade and they are trusted. They are the Cadillac's of Pulse oximeters. and they come with a great warranty. The Nonin Go's are for the Non-medical person. I work in Respiratory and I keep mine by my side due to the cost. But This 9590 Vantage I can tell you it's over price. The normal cost is around $300.00 plus this is an older model and the price might have dropped down to 200 something. But still a good bang for the cost, but nothing greater than $350.00... that is the highest I can go.

way too much money
I used an older model of this at a hospital over 10 years ago and there is nothing special about the onyx that another pulse ox can not do. This is way over priced
