INTPW - No Support - Poorly Made Product - Didn't even last 3 months
Purchased this product and was very excited to use it, and when it arrived it worked great. However, with just a couple of months screens started to flicker, as if there was a bad connection in the device as I tried different cables and even different monitors - same results. I reached out to INTPW "support" and my email was promptly rejected because their mailbox is "full", however that response is based on software they have running - the mailbox isn't full at all. The device completely stopped working about a month ago and after failed attempts to get it corrected I can only leave this review and say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY INTPW is selling POOR QUALITY PRODUCT that won't last at all, don't waste your money.

Worked at first, and then failed
I was really excited to receive this product. When I first got it, the product worked amazing. It was a simple plug-and-plug device that extended my display from my Macbook Air to two additional monitors through the HDMI cables. However, within a couple days of using the product, I began to have some issues with one of my monitors not connecting. I would have to unplug and plug back in the the entire hub from my Macbook several times before the display would be extended. Then a couple weeks later, I could no longer charge the laptop when plugged in through the hub. My extended monitors also stopped working completely. I am returning the device and requesting a full refund. I will have to look for a different solution in order to extend to two additional monitors.

Works great and becomes like your own dock for additional ports
I use a MacBook Pro (MBP) for almost everything and my model has four USB-C ports. These are great high speed ports but there are so many devices that don't have that kind of connector so I have a USB to USB-C connector for the most common. Still, there are many more and, for instance, I like using the MBP with an internal bike trainer called a Wahoo KICKR and I project the screen image onto a TV. So, I need power, an ANT+ dongle, and an HDMI connector. That ends up meaning a lot of stuff hanging off the MBP with not all of them being oriented correctly. Many other such cases as well. The USB-C hub works exactly as described. It takes up the two USB-C slots on one side of the MBP and then you have the whole range of connector options available to you. I've tried almost all of them and they've worked great. I just wish I could also drive power through one of the hub's USB-C ports but it's easy enough to use one on the other side for power. Everything else is a total thumbs up. I had not expected that it shipped with a nice little case that keeps it undamaged when it's in my bag. All in all, well worth the money.

Mostly works at first, but unreliable
When this dock works, it's great. I've had trouble with it failing to charge my laptop, losing my keyboard/mouse until I undock/redock. The audio output sometimes fails to appear in audio devices, preventing its use. I have been in contact with support, and have only gotten generic "select the output device" answers. Hard to select when it's not there.Update 19 May 2020:The USB connectors have developed a significant wiggle. The dock no longer reliably charges my laptop or drives my monitors. I'm requesting a refund.Update 2 June 2020:Both HDMI ports are now dead, and support has been less than responsive.Update 9 June 2020:Still no response other than "request a refund through Amazon" which isn't an option at this point. They're averaging 10+ days response time.

functionally it works, BUT I have to give it a low grade and not recommend it
The ports work as advertised, but because of power problems it is not that useable. In my setup I have 2 HDMI displays connected to the hub, plus an external USB-3 disk (for time machine), and two phones for development. All these devices suck power from the hub that there is none left for the MacBook Pro! While being plugged in all the time (with the original MBP 87W power supply) , the MBP will get depleted and die after few hours. So its a good idea of a product and I really wanted it to work, but as it is now I cannot recommend it.My suggestion to the vendor: Either (a) bundle it with a powerful power supply and tweak the hub to ALWAYS supply some power to the MBP, never draining it, or (b) put it in a separate box, with its own power supply dedicated to the hub and to any power-draining accessories attached to it, then use just one Thunderbolt-3 to attach to the Mac, and let your users charge the Mac with its original power supply. BTW I would prefer solution (b), but either way will make it work - which is not the case right now.

HDMI support is flaky, ultimately failed.
I purchased this after starting a new job. I wanted to use two external monitors as I worked, and this seemed like the perfect adapter to get the job done. Since day one, one of the monitors would occasionally flicker and shut off. I swapped the HDMI plugs into opposite ports to see if it was a faulty monitor, but the flickering monitor then worked fine while the good one showed the same behavior. The only solution was to turn the monitors on and off, and then they'd work for a couple more hours before doing it again.Week three, both HDMI ports failed. It connects, and the Mac registers two monitors connected, but nothing displays. Both monitors function fine when not plugged into this adapter.Consider a different adapter for your MacBook if you need multi-monitor support. This adapter is not worth the price tag.

Works Great for Light use...
have had this product for a little over 6 months and I does a good job at what an average user would need out of it. but if you are expecting flawless performance out of this, you'll be sorely disappointed.I use this accessory for 9 hours everyday with a handful of outputs/inputs, I have all of 3 accessories attached to this hub at all times (number keypad, HDMI output and a wireless mouse with a USB C adapter). The [Targus] keypad would recognize every other input. my wireless mouse works better with the USB C adapter as it barely works if I just plugged it into the USB A slot. then there is the charging, this hub gets SUPER warm when you're charge while using the wireless mouse and the HDMI output.Again, Great little accessory for light use.

eventually fails...
I would NOT recommend this product. It worked well for the first 2 months and then gradually stops working (monitors disconnecting as well as USB devices). Seems to be that the USB-C connections become loose. It is designed to accommodate MacBook Air with those thin plastic cases (I don't have one of those) and therefore there are some mm's of play / wiggle room which, over time, seems to cause some connections to come loose inside the thing. For this much money - didn't think that would be the case.

Happy with purchase
Works as expected so far after a few days on my 2018 Macbook Pro. Fits well, but wonder if it could be more firm - but no issues. Also, the colour does not exactly match the space grey of my Macbook Pro. The leather pouch was a nice inclusion in the package.
