It fit ALMOST perfectly, I had to shave the hole a little to get it to fit snug but not too tight I couldn't screw it in by hand. Installation was easy, just get a fuse tap, some cable ties, and remove the glovebox, in total you'll remove around 6 screws. It charges my phone quickly, looks good, and best of all gets rid of the annoying USB adapters for the plug. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

The build quality of this unit is excellent. I thought the price was very attractive and it could not have been easier to install. Not all of these ports for sale on Amazon come with the red and black wire. This one not only does but also includes a dedicated fuse holder in the red wire. The great thing about that is it'll protect your car's sensitive electronics. If anything ever happened to your new port, it's dedicated fuse would blow instead of harming any other electronics. One thing I didn't like is the color choices. I went with blue but would have preferred a light white color to match the factory LED displays on my vehicle. For older Lexus RX (mine is an 08) I highly recommend checking out a thorough YouTube video from an RX owner. Very helpful. Mine works great and was literally installed in less than 10 minutes. No more plug-in chargers. Good bye cigarette lighter port

What I liked: The blue light is not too bright so as to blind you or make itself known in nighttime driving. The two USB ports are far enough apart that you will not have any problem using both at the same time.What I disliked: I installed this into the existing hole on my F-150, above the ashtray. It was difficult getting it into the hole (I had to thread it threw like a screw.) due to it being just a bit over the size of the OEM one I was replacing.Overall, I like this item a lot. Looks way better than having an adaptor sticking out of the OEM lighter socket, and never loosens-up like the adaptors often do. Great buy - I would do it again.

Look/Feel/Function: This product looks fantastic when properly installed. The LEDs are soft enough to illuminate the sockets but are not so bright as to be disruptive. The dust cover looks great and is easy to use. Charging power is standard, nothing wrong there!Installation: I cut the ring terminals off and soldered the wires to my existing 12V Cigarette lighter wiring. Although the circuit for the 12V socket was already fused, I kept the 3A fuse inline as an extra precaution. The spade connectors are quite tight and won't come off even if you don't heat shrink them on (but seriously, heat shrink or crimp those guys cause it's safer). The nut on the back should be test fitted to make sure you have it pointing the right way but it's pretty easy to do.Concerns: This will only effect those trying to replace OEM cigarette lighters like I was, but the nut is very hard to tighten in very restricted spaces. I had to remove extra paneling to be able to tighten, but that's not the fault of this product/seller. If you are going to be working in a very tight space, consider getting a different nut to match the thread.Overall, I'm extremely pleased with how this looks. Very practical, and professional looking!

I bought this to replace our RV's (useless) 1.0 AMP USB ports. We have a Keystone Cougar which has a rectangular plate that houses original USB chargers. With the quick charger being circular; the "circularish" hole created by Keystone was smaller than this device requires; so I sanded out a slightly larger hole to fit this into the wall properly.However; this design expects you to be able to get to the "back" of the charger to tighten the nut against the surface wall. I wanted to use the same plates that the original usb ports in the cougar are attached to. Using a hole-saw and drill I was able to cut out the original USB charger from the plastic plates, sand down the rough edges and insert this new quick-charge USB into the original plate and tighten it up. Using t-taps I was easily able to connect the black/red cables into the power supply as the original plate (plenty of wiring/length) and make these look like original equipment.I bought 3 more of these once I verified I was able to use them effectively; and immediately I got quick-charge time on my devices (yay!). I recommend this device; it seems to work really well and the blue light doesn't bother us; in fact I like that we verify it is working when they are lit. I did keep the plastic insert on the charger so I can cover them up if I want to if they are not being used. I would absolutely buy these again.

I added 2 Yonhan Quick Charge USBs to our 2003 Volvo XC70. Relatively easy install. Volvo intentionally makes it difficult to disassemble, just take your time and be patient. After drilling my own holes, I jumped or looped the USBs to existing (new) cigarette lighters as shown in pics. Make sure you have enough space behind the USBs for its own length and attached wires. The supplied inline fuses are great and a must have as the 12volt cigarette lighter may pop the fuses. They did in my Volvo. Family loves them. We have multiple chords, devices, and phones going all at same time. Highly recommend. I plan on buying more for other vehicles. The blue LED lighting is cool. Kids love them. Dust caps are great too to keep debris free. I hooked them up so that they turn off when key is turned off so that devices left in car do not drain battery. If not add a switch. Love them
