They work well as a do-it-yourself project. Pretty patterns that lock together nicely and easy to cut.

I've used this on many projects...a ceiling, a wall, a screen, and other little projects. You MUST soak it. It won't adhere if it's not saturated. It is fragile and will tear if you aren't careful, so you may need a helper. It's well worth the effort, if you don't mind doing it right. If you barely wet it or don't take care, you'll be tempted to give it a poor review, and that's really not fair. It's absolutely beautiful!

I bought this textured wallpaper to hide persistent cracks in a wall, and it looks great with no cracks visible. I intended to paint it, but the off-white color looks nice so I'm holding off for now. Regarding hanging: I have hung all kinds of wallpaper over the years and I would put this in the middle - not as easy as regular vinyl, but not as hard as real grass cloth paper. I read all the reviews - so helpful, thanks to all - and here are steps I took: 1) sanded/filled the cracks, then painted wall with a Zinsser product called Gardz to serve as wall-sizing; 2) used a shower wand to spray the glued back of wallpaper (yes, there is definitely glue on back of paper!); 3) booked it for a couple of minutes, and 4) got help affixing paper to wall. The main issue is what many others have said - this paper rips easily when wet, even with a brand new cutting blade. I have hung paper by myself many times, but the tearing was reduced with two people. Finally, I ended up doing what others suggested and waited until the paper was fully dry before cutting clean trims on top and bottom. Overall I am pleased with this wallpaper and would recommend it!

Iam soooo in love with this wallpaper ♡ it's easy to apply. I did use extra glue becaz from past experience I have had the wallpaper fall off. I painted this paper with no issues. Looks great . I highly recommend

When dry brush painted with a coat of black followed by a coat of acrylic metallic white, this wallpaper looks great and is a fraction of the price of the metal tiles it's supposed to mimic. It does require a careful application and the instructions that come with it are generic and hard to understand if you've never laid wallpaper before. Lots of google searching will show you what you need to know about applying anaglypta wallpaper. It must be done carefully and gently and it sure helps to have an extra hand to get everything lined up straight.

Very upset! Wall paper did not match up! One roll was a dif size than the others! Lots of work to end up with half of a ceiling unfinished because it didn't match! Crappy paper that tore easily and glue was terrible! I could have glued individual toilet paper squares up and It would look better than this JUNK! I will have to order more of this CRAP in the hopes of it matching or tear it all down and buy something that will all be the same batch and match!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWFUL! I refinish and upgrade used furniture, and I use this wallpaper as decoupage paper. I can paint it with metallic paint and it looks just like bronzed tin. Very high quality and I'll buy it again!

I ordered this paintable wallpaper and as fast as lightning it was at my door. I used it in my kitchen to recover my cabinet door. After easily applying the wall paper to the cabinet door, I just painted the paper with a foam brush and applied a couple of coats of polyurithane. Wa La... a masterpiece in the kitchen. I have used paintable wall paper on my cabinet fronts before and it holds up very well. I wish I could upload a pic, but the website only has video uploads. Easy to apply, dries quickly, easy to paint and looks good

This is a great product. Yes, it *is* a thin paper product, and somewhat delicate when wet and hanging, but it has three properties that make it a good purchase: 1) The glue thickens when wet, and sticks great when drying. 2) the embossed pattern is beautifully made, and 3) there is a slight stretch across the length which is super helpful when adjusting and hanging, but very little length-wise stretch. I used this on a bathroom ceiling and was very pleased with hanging process and final outcome. With a very reasonable amount of care when hanging, it goes up great.

You really need to wet this paper well then book it for a few minutes. Once you do, there's gobs of glue on it!! Be very careful when it's wet because it will tear. Don't cut it when it's wet. Trim the next day. Pattern wasn't perfect and some didn't match up well but no one notices that but me! Going to paint it soon as it sits a couple of days but very happy with it. Covered our uneven walls perfectly. Can't see a thing!! Pictures are before and after. Not trimmed yet or painted but already it looks amazing!!!

LOVED this product. I put it on a wall I had removed the wall paper from and it was so ghetto with like old glue and staples so I was worried they wouldnt adhere, it stuck no problems! It took a minute to get the hang of the technique as the instructions are just pictures but once we did it was actually really easy. It looked so beautiful when it was painted! The texture is really durable and can with stand a lot of water and wiping and smoothing. It was also very clean and we only had a little bit of glue drip
