BlacktElectrotech: Fully Auto Water Level Controller with Two Float Switch For Overhead & Sump Tank with (12 month warranty)

Staying on 4th floor and as a owner of building I have to take care of water motor everyday by going on ground floor . but now no need to go on ground floor .. this machine do the work for me .. easy to install , if you stuck while installing call their customer support .. very supporting , good quality of product .. there are some points they can work but those are negligible... at the end of the day quite happy with product .. working so good since 2 months .. hope it will works properly till long ..

Works well till now

1. this system was installed after one month of purchasing. system is perfectly fine. our headache gone now. 2. in case of sensor, float was failed as water goes inside. and at some level, it float horizontally making ball inside sensor to roll here and there and pushing switch on and off frequently. 3. so i purchased some carbon sensor from other company online and replace so called good float. now enjoying the system. highly recommended with old fashioned float.

The device is working only in manual mode. No clear wiring diagram/instructions is provided by blackt. Everytime i messaged them on whatsapp they made me try every possible wiring combination, despite this the auto mode is not working. The product seems to be a waste of money unless i can get it to function in auto mode and i think it is too late to return the product as the 30 day return deadline has passed.

It is had to install as the instruction is not proper, the colour of the wires are not matching, and it is not 100% functional for the both the tank, The LED works only either low or high depending on the connection for either of the tank. Not sure about the reliability, need to wait and see,

Amazing product. I am reviewing this after 2 years of use. Not even once I have to manually touch the motor switch since I installed this product

Being a technical person I could manage to install it properly. I would like to leave a suggestion on the product. The manufacturer has used a single pole relay and controlled only live line. It could have been better if he had used two pole relay for controlling Phase and neutral for additional safety. Now with the present configuration as proposed by the manufacturer the tanks status have no relevancy with the status display. when both the tanks are full 4 leds glow which showing upper tank full and upper tank low & the lower tank also shows lower tank full and Lower tank low. this is a conflict situation. U should not promote such product at all. If he had used two separate relays perhaps the status display conflict could be resolved. I hope u would take up the matter with the manufacturer and get a remedy for this. But over it gives me a nonbothering automatic operation of water management. If the device comes up with better status decoding perhaps u will run out of stock and may not be able to meet the requirement of the market.

I bought two quantity but one was received in damaged condition and it was replaced. It functions as per the spec and happy with its performance, during one month of usuage no issue. One Technical issue is that when the water is filled upto the target level motor switch off automatically but all four indicators is "ON" which is a misleading function
