Solid shoe for strength and endurance training.
I wear a size 10 cd (wide) in most shoes. I workout every day, using light weights (12-35lb) to do a variety of HIIT, strength & endurance, and plyometrics exercises.I have now worn them for three workouts and find that they are a solid shoe.Support and fit: They are a bit high around the ankle for me, so they push back on me during side lunches, but that's okay. They don't slip off the back of my heels during planks and pushups or even during plank jacks and mountain climbers. I find them true to a size 10 wide. I feel no pressure left to right or top to bottom.Performance and Cushioning: For turning and pivoting moves like samurai twists or curtsy lunges, I find them to be solid and it's easy to hold my balance in them. For plyos, like burpees, jumping jacks, and jumping rope, where you are mostly in the ball of the foot, the cushion in the ball of the foot is solid. No complaints. For leg workouts, like squats, squat jumps, single lunges, and deadlifts, I wish there was more of an arch and more cushion in the heel. (Hence, the four star review.)For lunges and calf raises where you move from flat foot to your toes and back again, I find the shoe nicely flexible.Overall, this is a solid shoe for my workouts. It has good support and decent cushioning.

Excellent for walking, using machines and cardio. Very stable sneaker.
I am 5' 6" tall and 135 lbs and fit. I exercise for about an hour every day doing cross training and cardio. I have purchased only Asics over the past five or six years but have found less and less to like about them. A lack of stable options, wearing out too fast, and less quality in the sole. I go through a pair of sneakers every three months so I want something that will hold up. Also my foot rolls outward so stability is very important. So is a decently wide toe box. I wear an 8.5 women's in medium but my foot is on the wider side.I have used these for about a week now and there is a lot to like. They are lightweight and roomy on my foot. They are very stable. I don't feel any outward roll, but I also don't feel restricted. While they don't feel squishy they are clearly well cushioned because i literally felt like i had a spring in my step - more energy - just walking around. The first time i used them I did a 45 min walk/run on the treadmill and had no discomfort, pinching or cramping. My foot that rolls out the most felt stable and comfortable. The only thing i wish these sneakers had is an extra lace hole further down the top towards the ankle bone. But some of that is because my other ones needed it since they were not as stable. I don't feel the shoes are slipping i guess i am just so used to having to tighten them up to get them snug i keep looking for that set of holes. It's not enough to make me want to return them. I can definitely see me purchasing these again and exploring other shoes from this brand. As a recommendation to others who mix running and walking with other types of cross training i suggest owning at least two pairs of every day exercise shoes and a third if you wear sneakers for around town. I have a pair of Puma cross trainers that I use in the gym for classes and boxing. These i use only for cardio work outs. It makes a big difference to your feet to switch on and off and it greatly extends the life of the sneakers. It's just like having different outfits for different events.

FINALLY!
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and pain in the ball of my foot. That first step out of bed in the morning is always the worst. I am a nurse and I am pretty sure it was a result of not wearing the proper shoes for multiple 12 hour shifts and the fact that I have gained 15 pounds in the last 2 years. (As a result of being a new nurse lol) So I basically googled searched "shoes for plantar fasciitis" and these popped up. I like the look and they were much more affordable than some of the other options so I decided to order them. The MINUTE I put them on and walked around, I felt like my feet were sighing with relief and saying "finally"...They are lightweight, yet support your feet so well and have padding in all the right places. I only hope they last for a little while. Fingers Crossed!

Happy feet
My feet are high arched, narrow heel and wide forefoot, with bunion and peripheral neuropathy, so fit is critical. I usually ordered Saucony and New Balance brands. I read the reviews and decided to take the risk and order, although in past, Ryka shoes were too narrow and sizing unpredictable. Well, ordering the Influence shoe in medium width and 1/2 size higher than my usual shoes was a success. I love these shoes. Have taken them for long walks on the hard, marble floors of the local mall and the fit and cushioning is great. They have the side-to-side mobility and the pivot point on the sole which make these shoes idea for dance, and would also work for weight training, cross-fit and walking. The breathable upper mesh keeps my feet comfortable. Would recommend.

Perfect Dance Aerobic Shoe
I had worn Rykas back when I was doing Jazzercise, so I was familiar with them. I normally wear a 7.5 B and that is what I ordered. Perfect fit, plenty of room for toes and comfortable on heel. Using them for Zumba and dance aerobics and have plenty of support for the bouncing and jumping and yet very light and easy to move across the floor, even on carpet. Really like the pivot spot on the soles. Colors are terrific, bright and energetic! I had looked at and tried on other brands' dance aerobics shoes (Nike, Reebok, etc.) but they just didn't feel "right" on my feet. Happy with my choice and would do it again.

Not What Expected
I bought these for my wife for her PlyoJam (cardio, dance) class at the gym. They arrived the first week in July and worked well through mid-September. That's about 8 weeks of good wearing; she wore them once a week for one hour each week. By mid-September they provided less support; by the end of the month the outer shoe support was pretty much gone. The description of the shoe made me believe we could expect more from the shoe. I don't know that she'll be able to wear them for other classes since her foot ached after the last class. We buy workout shoes frequently so I feel qualified to judge workout shoe products.

UK purchasers be careful with sizing...
I really like these trainers and I think they'd be great in the right size. I ordered a UK 7 which is the size I always take - no exceptions - but they are just too small. I would return them and buy a size larger but I will only be reimbursed £20 in postage and as it is going to cost me £46 to ship them this is going to add over £20 to the cost of buying another pair... I'm really disappointed...

Best shoes for Zumba by a mile
Best trainers for dance ever and I have tried many other brands and they do not compare to these for fit or style. I read all the feedback and ordered a size up. I usually buy wide fitting shoes for comfort, I am a size 8 so ordered a 9 and glad I did as these fit me perfectly. First use was for an hour session of high activity Zumba and never had any problems. The spin spot is essential to twist and spin without impact to ankle and knees. I love the colours but more importantly the fit. They are well made using good materials and look like they will last for years as they will only be worn for Zumba. They are pricey but so would damaged ankles and knees be which you cannot replace (not without surgery anyway). Well worth the money in my view.

Light and comfortable trainers
Love the trainers I got which I needed for Zumba, I wasn’t sure in size as I like to try on before I buy but went off reviews. I am usually a size 6/7 uk size but got a size 8 as reviews said they were a bit small, and it was right! 8 is slightly big but still very comfortable and light.

So comfy
I have been wearing Ryka trainers for several years now for classes/indoor gym work and have been injury free. Just started running again, now gyms are closed. Trainers are very supportive and do not rub. Comfy from the onset. No need to wear in gradually x
