My Enterostomal therapist told me this kills MRSA. I believe her. Only drawback is that it has to be a draining wound.

These were recommended as I had a wound that was slow to heal. They were then covered with Allevyn Gentle Border Dressing, 5x5 Inches. The two worked perfectly and the result was the wound finally healed.

if you can find the tape on a roll it is better though.

I brought this product but the size was too small however it was still put in good use.
