This is great for comfort, posture and if you sit at a desk for 12 hrs your spine! It is a great size, easy to install, very firm & worth purchase! I need it!

Purchased this for my Office chair at work. I sit for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week Was starting to have some back pain This has been a game changer! Took me a few days to get used to. Keeps me sitting up straight in my chair. Helped tremendously! Highly recommend

This lumbar pillow is really comfortable and supportive — it helps my lower back a lot when I’m sitting at my desk or driving for long periods. The memory foam contours nicely to your back, and the cover feels soft and easy to clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected. I personally prefer something slightly softer for all-day use, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, it’s high-quality, effective, and makes sitting for long hours much easier. I’d recommend it if you want extra support for your chair.

The regular mesh version fits perfectly behind the mesh of my chair and it is very comfortable. I removed the old lumbar support that came with the chair, which was a plastic piece that kept jabbing into my back. Now, my back pain when I'm sitting and walking around. Total game changer. Super pleased with the pillow.

I got this for long car rides because of my herniated disc. The material feels really nice, and the strap keeps it in place, which I love. It gives light support for the upper back, but the hollow center means it doesn’t fully support my lower back, and over time the shape softens a bit. Works well for short drives or general upper back support, but if you need serious lower back relief, this isn’t it.

Single best item I have bought for my lower back pain. If you sit most of the day, I would definitely recommend this product.

Objectively it's comfortable: cushioned softly but firmly shaped and very supportive. I bought it hoping it might help with my midback when I'm driving. It didn't end up suiting my seats or my frame. My seats are sportier and curve in an unsupportive way, leaving a distinct gap. My shoulders and hips/pelvis are supported, but my mid back has no support. First, the strap is in a position that is awkward with my car seats, so I'm often struggling with it's positioning. If you have sportier seats with the sides that jut out, the strap is inconveniently placed. Second, the issue I have with my seats is the lack of mid-lumbar support, but support everywhere else. This pillow sits at the bottom of my seat and ends up putting pressure on my hips instead of supporting where I need it most. Last, it's so thick, for my frame, it pushes me so far from my car seat that I get no upper back support. I'd be very worried about my position in the event of an accident. I also have a difficult time getting in and out of my car with the space it takes up. It's a comfortable and quality cushion, but it's shape doesn't fit my situation or help me in particular. I'll likely repurpose it for in the house, but I need to find something new for the car.

Really comfortable and has saved my back when used with a horrible flat gaming chair Prior was getting really bad unexplainable back pain / Bad mood Curves to the back really well as long as you can use the elastic strap to adjust height with your chair, otherwise wouldn't recommend

VERY COMFORTABLE LUMBAR SUPPORT!

I completely regret buyig this. It is not comfortable and doesn't help me to relieve my back pain at all. Such a waste of money. Don't get tempted by Samsonite. It's just a piece of foam made in China. It keeps falling down as the strap is so loose. It is definitely not worth buying this.

It is good quality but makes me sit forward too much because it is pretty thick. Also the strap doesn't really help keep it on the back rest of the chair so it kind of flops forward. BUT it has improved my posture while sitting and makes me happy to get of my chair and walk around.
