I love this bag so far! I am a flight attendant and I often try to bring food with me for my trips. Often I am gone for 3 nights from my house and on a plane for most of that time with no access to a refrigerator or freezer to keep my food. I ordered this bag because after looking a quite a few bags and review it seemed to have a capacity I was looking for as well as the stay cold ability. I use ice packs that are used to keep medicines cold when being shipped and they will stay cold as long as the bag they're in is well insulated. This is THAT BAG!!! The construction of the bag is awesome, it came to me with a removable shoulder strap and two zip out liners to help avoid any leaking though the seams. I was very impressed with the size as well, I was able to fit food for all 3 1/2 days of my trip in this bag. The room on top for things that don't need to be kept cold was perfect, and the side pouches unzipped to fit a water bottle. I honestly have thought about ordering like 5 more of these so in case something happens to mine I have backups! One day I had food in with ice packs from 5am to 9pm and my ice packs were still frozen in the centers and all my food was very cold as well!! Way to go ProStar! You're this flight attendants new favorite piece of luggage!!!

Nice big bag. Plenty of storage and quite sturdy. I bought one in February 2017. After about 6 months, one of the main zippers came off leaving me with one to go all the way around. But it worked. Then last month, a tear developed in one of the pockets. By then I'd had it a year, figured I'd get another one.I drive a semi truck in the oil fields of New Mexico. Everything takes a beating in the cab of that truck, bouncing along the horrible lease roads every night. The bag often ends up upside down on the floor by the time I get where I'm going. I just flip it back on the seat and keep going. It takes its share of a beating and doesn't fall apart.So as I'm looking for a replacement on Amazon, I come across the same bag. Still around $50, high ratings, so I read the info provided about it. Then I came across the warranty. Lifetime warranty. No matter what. I had mine for over a year and it held up well for what it was exposed to night after night. So I emailed the guy, told him the zipper had failed and asked if I qualified for another bag under the warranty. He emailed me back promptly and after about 10 days, I now have another brand new bag for free. That's worth 5 stars.

Eleven out of 12 bags of frozen breast milk remained frozen after a 12-hour travel from Houston to Los Angeles. The bag was large enough to hold the frozen milk in the main compartment and then another compartment to hold milk we need to access easily so we don't continuously open the main compartment. There were other compartments for bottles and medications etc. Overall, this was a lifesaver for us when we travel with a baby. We are still using this to transport milk to the daycare too.

It is so hard to find a good cooler bag with separate insulated sections! The large bag has room in the bottom section for at least a 12-pack of water bottles or Gatorade. The top section is insulated and has plenty of room for lunch and snacks, with a zippered mesh compartment, too. The front section has a couple of mesh pockets (one with a zipper) for personal belongings, and it expands a little. The side pockets expand and are great for items like a packable rain jacket, tech wallet, etc. I'm so happy to come across this bag!

Nice big cooler bag and does keep things cold throughout my 12 hour day (with plenty of ice packs). NOT as durable as I expected. Mesh side pocket blew out (ripped mesh). Handle webbing is a bit flimsy. Comes with two zip-in liners: both liners split at seams within two months: I threw them away. I use the bag without the liners now. On the large bag there is a sleeve on the back to slide over a luggage handle. I'll never slide this over luggage! The sleeve is useless to me since it is open at the bottom: it would be better if the bottom were zippered, velcro'd, or just sewn shut so it could be used as a pocket for a book or a newspaper. A couple loops or rings on the outside would be handy on the outside of the bag to clip my keys, work badge, or carabiner. I sent several more suggestions to the seller/manufacturer but no one respondedUPDATE: Manufacturer very honest and refunded my entire purchase price due to my dissatisfaction. They also contacted me to to inform they are considering my suggestions. It's nice to know there are still honorable manufacturers who strive to improve their product. I'm still using my cooler bag! Several friends at work have ordered the large bag after seeing how much I can carry and impressed that it can keep things cold through a 12 hour day. (Don't forget the ICE PACKS!)Just ordered another one of these for a friend at work who has been admiring my cooler bag but does not have an Amazon account. I think he's going to dig it!
