Move over Self Journal!
I'm a planner junkie (and an obsessive Virgo.) This planner isn't as popular as some of the biggest names, but is better designed and has more features than both the than the Panda planner, the Self Journal, 90x Planner or the Passion Planner. If you are on the fence just GET IT. There's no other planner that's going to give you these features for this price. The weekly layout doesn't feel limiting because there are so many reminders on the page for daily habits, water intake, sleep, and self care activities. Dividing yourself into Roles and Goals makes it easier to prioritize things. The table of contents makes. it easy to index your ideas and to-dos and the self-care guide in the back is a healthy inventory of your needs. Also, the blank space after each weekly spread is CRUCIAL. I need space to think. The paper is a little thin, almost like a paperback book and the pages are off white. But, I like that. It has a little bit of a "tooth" that is good to write on. I use Pilot's FriXion erasable pens and highlighters and I don't notice any bleedthrough or damage from the eraser. I appreciate the unobtrusive dot grid as opposed to lines. The cover is rather thin as well, which I don't mind as softcover books are lighter and easier to manipulate. When It starts to wear I'll cover it with some pretty contact paper. I don't think the "leather" on the cover is super durable but it's fine for now. I got a navy planner and it did NOT have a fishy smell, thank god.To newbie Planner people, I highly recommend you fill in all the monthly calendar dates the second you get the planner. This is good for accountability and prepping for the future. Really take the time to set up your weekly spread on Sunday and keep the book in your bag as you go about your day. I'm a teacher, writer and college student right now so I wear a lot of hats! But, all I need, if I want to study at a coffee shop or write a few lines at work, is this, my iPad mini (with typecover) and my Rocketbook. I have an A6 size "Bibie" case that fits all 3 nicely. Look on Instagram for layout inspiration, but it's not about having the prettiest planner, it's about building the most fruitful life!I did notice a tiny mistake in the table of contents. Months 4 and 5 are off by 2 pages, but it was an easy fix to such a useful feature.

I love this planner!
I really love this planner. Mine did not smell like fish, as others have stated, thank goodness! I really like the set-up of the planner with all of the different things you can keep track of, like bucket list, reading list, table of contents, all of the bullet lists for each part of your life, and monthly reflections. I especially like the many dot pages available for each month so I can doodle or journal, which is something I like to do in my planners. I like that the monthly planner coincides with most other calendars (starting on Sunday) which makes it easier to fill out when referencing work and phone calendars. I do not like the Passion Planner's format for starting the monthly calendar on a Monday (it seems that the Purpose Planner is trying to be like the Passion Planner and I am happy that they do not follow their format exactly)! The pages are a tad bit thin, but I like to write in pencil, so it didn't matter much for me and I did use a fine-point sharpie (not supposed to bleed) and it worked fine. I will definitely be purchasing this planner again!

Love the content, but not the quality of the cover
The content is wonderful, I love the outline of the calendar pages and the fact that there are 2 note pages after each week. Works great for me!What I don't like is the look and feel and I think it is also not appropriate for that price. I feel hesistant to take my planner into meetings because it looks so cheap.I would rather pay $5 more and have a nice look & feel.

Great planner!
I bought this planner with some trepidation because several reviews mentioned that the cover smells like fish or worse. However, I'm pleased to say that the company must have listened and worked with their manufacturer to correct the problem because my planner has no smell whatsoever. I love that I'm able to track so many items; the planner is helping me focus on my priorities and whittle down my long To Do list. Also, I love that the pages don't have dark lines, so I can write in pencil and my writing shows up clearly. It also erases cleanly as well.

Poorly made and thin paper
I really liked the idea of this planner. it seemed like it would have plenty of space for my planning needs, however the paper is a lot thinner than expected. There is ghosting of preprinted pages so I could only imagine what would show with pens. I could forgive the paper however the soft cover is already coming a part from the inside cover. I think when manufacturing, they warped the cover with the glue, so when opening or closing it pulls the inside cover away from the faux leather cover. Not sure if this was a defective journal or if its standardly warped, but Im definitely not happy. Plus, I dont have time to replace this and find the cover doing the same thing in 2-3 months of use. I ended up getting a Scribbles that matter journal instead so I returned this notebook.

Pee Pee Planner
This planner is absolutely incredible but ive had it for 4 months now and it still wreaks of cat urine. i thought it was just weird packaging so i have had it sitting out open for FOUR MONTHS but the smell wont go away. I love the layout of this planner and tried using it but every time i write in it i cant breathe. i took it with me to work one day and within seconds i was getting asked what smelled so bad. it makes you wonder what the conditions are where these planners are getting produced. like the smell isnt LIKE urine. it IS urine. i have a potty training 3 year old so i know what urine smells like. i want to so badly get another one but im worried that itll also smell like urine. so ill just stick to making my own journal layouts from now on.
