I purchased the small size and it was fine for my elbow. I did find that it was a little tight on the lower part of my arm but I don't think you are supposed to wear it the whole day. It was red but this disappeared after a short while. It does give your arm support and helps to give some protectection your elbow if you accidentally knock it.

This was advertised for men and women. It’s definitely more for a man. Too big for me so doesn’t give any support. If I hadn’t tried it for a couple of hours I would have sent it back.
