Bigger is better
I bought these for my brother and he loves them. The handle provides him the ability to help keep his grasp while eating. Also, the knife is really sharp which helps with cutting meat. Overall they work really well for him.

Great Solution!
I bought this set for my mother who has difficulty with her hands. I was worried the set would be too heavy or awkward but she loves it. It comes with a travel wrap so she can take the set to a restaurant if she wants. I’m very pleased. My only minor issue is I wish I could buy individual forks and spoons.
