Great spice grinder! Love the removable cups and it makes for easy cleaning. I only use it for spices but I've also used it for reheated smoked peppers like guajillo chilis, and it chewed through those peppers really well. Hold your breath when you open it :)Way better than my old grinder because of the ease of cleaning. One challenge is I did drop the cap once and it cracked, and one of the pins to trigger the grinder broke off but fortunately there are two and with some tape it's still working just fine.I did get a heat-protection shut off once when running it for too long trying to blitz tortilla chips into a powder (ATK chili recipe....iykyk) but after it cooled off it worked again with no problems and I haven't had that issue since.

1. Pro: Easy to clean. I have ground flaxseed, cleaned, then coffee, then flaxseed, with no contamination of taste. I just rinse in very hot water.2. Pro: Good size in a kitchen where counter and storage are at a premiujm.3. Con: It takes a few tries to get the level of grind. I use a timer.4. Wish: I would like another cross blade bowl.5. Observation: It makes about the same mess as my baratza burr grinder. In other words, not a lot.

Saves me tons of time in the kitchen. Easy to store. Great for grinding coffee, spices according to the level of coarseness or fine grinding you need for different recipes. Comes with two different cups. One has two blades and the other has four blades. I made AMAZING Guacamole, Hummus, Chuntneys & Mezze with this. Perfect for a family of two. I purchased the Shardor CG628B Spice Grinder Electric with 2 bowls in June of 2021. It is now February of 2025. It is one of my most often used kitchen tools and I have been mincing garlic, grinding spices and creating fwet and dry rubs with it for 4 years now. It is easy to use and store when not in use. It is also easy to clean. The stainless-steel bowls are heavy gauge and have managed the dishwasher over the four years.The spindle on the grinder stem sheared last week when a garlic clove that was partially frozen became lodged under one of the blades. I believe that this was an unlikely occurrence because I had been doing this for 4 years without a problem. I am giving this product a 5-star review not only because of its endurance but also because when I reached out to Shardor Customer Service explaining what had happened, they immediately offered to replace the machine for free. This was above and beyond their obligation to do.I highly recommend not only this grinder but Shardor as a company for its interest in having satisfied customers.
