Great gloves for driving
Great gloves. The size chart is very accurate. My hand circumference measures 7.5 inches and the size S fits perfectly. Material is very soft and breathable and the gloves have really good grip. I use them for driving and have been very pleased.

These are my third and fourth pairs. Very good, but...
I need to protect my hands from the sun, and about two years ago, I bought a pair of these Palmyth UP50+ gloves. They do a pretty good job lessening the exposure to UV. I wear them almost every day for walking around and driving, -- except in cold weather, when I wear conventional warm gloves. The Palmyth gloves wore out, and I ordered two new pairs. These are size XL, but are a snug fit on my hands, which usually fit in other kinds of gloves' size L. My older pairs of Palmyth gloves were snug, not as snug as these.I still like the open fingertips thtat let me get things out of my pockets, use the knobs and buttons in my car, and and the touch screen on my phone, etc. without having to take the gloves off.My wife washes them (by hand) occasionally, and they come out clean a neat.Note: I wear these gloves because I take a medication that makes my skin very sensitive to the sun. I don't wear them for rugged use, such as for sports, fishing, kayaking, so I don't know how well they would stand up to that sort of use.

Good protection from sun and abrasion
I used these for the first 1100 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail. I was a little worried they wouldn't hold up to so much use, but they did well. I wore them while hiking with trekking poles for ~8-12 hours per day for two months. They developed holes in places where my poles were rubbing on them and the seams on some of the fingers started coming apart, but this was partly my fault for fidgeting with them while walking. But they still protected my hands.I found they improved comfort of my trekking pole straps. Another benefit is that they protect your hands from minor falls, in a similar way to cycling gloves. They saved some skin a couple times, without taking any significant damage themselves. The light gray color shows dirt, sweat, chocolate, etc, so they can look a little gross after a while, but they wash up just fine after. They dry quickly when wet, and if you have to wear them wet, they're still fairly comfortable. Many other hikers on the trail had more expensive gloves and I think those may have held up a little better, but I'm not sure. I think I was a little rougher on my gloves than most. These are great for the price, and I recommend them!

Perfect for other uses too!
After having burned my hand with 2nd degree burns, the doctor warned me about exposure of my hand (with brand new grown "baby level" skin) to the sun. Stating it could darken from exposure. And that I needed something to protect this new skin. So I started looking for burn care gloves and came accross these. I had new skin from the tip of my index finger down to my knuckles and a little bit more. As I live by the beach, I needed protection on my drinking hand AND THIS HAS BEEN PERFECT!! I can't say anything about the sun protection as I am not a scientist, but I have been in the sun FOR DAYS with this glove and can attest that my unexposed skin does look lighter as opposed to my exposed skin. So I'm guessing it works. Superior comfort, SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT! I actually love it. And the grip on these is just amazing. Really, for me... it's a great product and serves it's purpose. Easy to take off, comfortable, good size proportion, love the exposed fingertips, the material (lightspandex kinda material) well built. I really can't think of a negative here. If there is any change in this review I'll update, but for now... It's a 5 star review.

Just what I needed for hot car driving
When I forget to put the sun visors up on my car, the steering wheel can be too hot to hold. Weight lifting and bicycle gloves cut off at the first knuckle so are too short for a scorching steering wheel. I've never owned fishing gloves, but these are long enough (to 2nd knuckle) to protect my fingers, have thick rubbery traction parts sown on so my hands don't slip, and are light-weight otherwise, so I can easily drive comfortably in summer, even when it's 100 degrees out (and inside my car!).
