Copper creek got back with me right away
Got it from Amazon. It got to me in bad condition because of packaging did not know if I had all the parts call Copper Creek Door Latch and Conner got back with me and fixed the problem good Help makes a Grate company Thanks

Missing rod
I bought two of these to be code compliant for my exit doors. One package didn’t come with the second rod for bottom latch. So I only installed the top rods. Installation instructions were not good. Luckily I know how to make things work when they don’t. The price I paid for these was worth my business not shutting down and remaining code compliant.

Adequate and inexpensive
Good value, comparable product to Cal Royal hardware. I've now installed both Copper Creek and Cal Royal in addition to far more expensive von Duprin. You get what you pay for but this is very functional and I would buy it again if it priced out below Cal Royal. I was surprised to see these on Amazon at low prices.The instructions with the Copper Creek products were below average with some errors and should be reviewed by the company. Ideally these would available as PDFs on the company web site as with other manufacturers. I had questions prior to purchase because of nonavailability of PDFs which were answered promptly albeit in a less than friendly fashion.
