They stopped selling this in the cook and serve. So it’s the best I can get for now.

Perfect pudding, exactly what I was hoping for. My coconut cream pie was excellent!

This has been a quality of life boost for me. I first bought it to make a mango and coconut pudding recipe, but had the idea of using this instead of coconut milk cooked on a stove top. I also eat it by itself. At first I didn’t love the full calories plus flakes, but now I make it with 1/4 cup milk+12g for one serving, either as a snack by itself or with the mango pudding, and I adore the flakes. So good!

I love lemon pudding. I do this a little differently than most people. What I do is separate the egg the yolk goes into the pudding. In another bowl I beat the egg whites and when the pudding is done I them put the egg whites in with the pudding and beat the egg white mixture till smooth. You could use a egg beater if you desire.This makes the pudding fluffier. I also when making a pie do these steps but use more egg whites. After putting some of the egg whites into the mixture. I put this into the pie shell then the remaining egg whites on top for the meringue and bake till slightly browned. Very good alternative.
