I use a CPAP machine at night. I was having problems with waking up with a dry mouth also l was grinding my teeth. This strap has stopped both problems. I wear a very small CPAP mask it fits under my nose and on my mouth. I was also having problems with my mask moving around at night. My head gear has Velcro straps and they were loosing up at night. I first put on the chin strap then the mask. Now the Velcro strikes from my mask also grip onto the chin strap. This way it doesn’t slip and move around.

My original review was very positive because the strap did fit pretty well and was comfortable enough. But then after about two weeks the velcro on the straps that go around the back of my head stopped holding. Since then, I have to refasten it 2-4 times before getting to sleep and more often than not I wake up to find those straps have come undone overnight. I'd expect the velcro to wear out eventually but after a couple of weeks?When the velcro was holding it did fit okay and was comfortable enough, but for $25 I should have gotten more than a couple weeks worth of use out of it.

Ok. so I really like this product and really want to give it a five Star rating but cannot for 2 reasons, 1) The neck strap is EXTREMELY long, I'm a really fat guy, I mean really big and this thing is entirely too long for practicality. It works as is but the strap is so long it makes it more difficult to properly fasten to itself (like a modified Velcro). 2) There should be a strap of same quality on the sides going around the entire circumference of the head (Forehead level) to help keep the upper strap in place. Once the strap is positioned it is fairly stable, it's just trying to find the "Sweet spot" per se :Too far forward it does not work and it just slides down the front of the head, too far back and it slides off the back of the head. Now, what I will tell you is this does work well when in place. The straps are pretty heavy duty (not cheap) and very comfortable and soft, The split chin design is perfect for a man with a full thick beard.

I've tried Several Different brands. Is best so far.Like the open Chin strap.

This strap worked well for the first few weeks, then the velcro that attached the straps behind the head became useless. Now I have straps flapping around and the strap becomes no better than those with one strap atop the head. With effective velcro it's a four-star. As it is, it's a two star.

Easy to put on and adjust, very comfortable.I can easily use it with my cpap machine on as well.

I have to wear a CPAP machine and because I am a mouth breather it was causing me to have air leaks with my mask. Since I purchased this Chin Strap there has been a big difference with no leaks and better sleep. Win Win situation.
