The best automatic espresso machine (with coffee making, I'll explain)
Absolutely crazy unit. It will make coffee, you may have to hit the 2x button and hit the largest cup. That will fill up almost half a coffee cup. If you want a full cup, you'll have to do it twice. Overall this machine does it all, just need patience. It's not keurig, or an nespresso or ninja whatever, it's a full blown espresso machine you can make everything with! Flat whites, cappacino (spelling?) mocha's whatever. Flat white and Latte's are what I like so I make those. The beans auto grind, using medium beans and the default setting. This has been great so far (1 week, 2 cups a day). The grinds get dumped into a little container, so you gotta empty that pretty often. Also, water use is very high on this thing. You turn on machine, it will spit out a quarter cup of water cleaning nozzles, so keep a cup or metal jug frother under there and dump and rinse everytime.Steaming - yes, it will steam milk and get it hot fairly quickly - takes some practice to swirl around but it will be good.I've had nespresso, ninja coffee, keurig. These are all terrible basically in comparison. Only one remotely close is Ninja and that's just a standard coffee pot. This machine makes a mountain of difference, you can't even compare or begin to think. Starbucks flat white would be a fair comparison, and it's so damn good you'd fool someone into thinking it came from there. I made drinks for people and it was "Wow, this is damn good, what you using to make this?" It's quite the conversation piece.LIttle bastard is expensive, but just know more water will be used, WHOLE BEANS medium roast coffee will be used quicker too, you'll plow through beans quicker because of how espresso works. You'll also not mind this because spending 5-9$ on one fancy coffee ,I think if you are daily this is going to add up fast.200 days - work year basically give or take a lot or little - 5 bucks a day would be 1000$ for the year. So this machine is roughly half that. There you go.

Makes perfect crema!
I have had a manual espresso machine from Saeco for years and had used it on and off, as it was a bit frustrating. Not bad but I constantly struggled with making the perfect espresso with crema. It never happened for me. Not saying I wasn’t doing things wrong but it truly is an art that as an artist I have to use my talent elsewhere. Sooo, I got fed up and bought the Dinamica by DeLonghi . I did some research and decided this was the one and took a leap of faith. An amazing machine! Does everything I need it to do, including the perfect espresso with the crema! Are there fancier machines? Yes. But this one has great value for the money, works perfectly, and offers variety and selection of different types of coffees. Cleaning up is easy, water filling is easy, operation is easy. The machine basically tells you what to do and does it at the press of a button. Noise is not bad and my cats have gotten used to it. It actually looks elegant too which was also important to me. It fresh grinds every cup and adds the perfect amount that you can set up. I am actually thrilled with this machine! I’ve had it for about a month and so far so good. It’s like having a bit of Italy in your own kitchen!

Broke within a year and De'Longhi "unable to verify the warranty status of your product"
Machine broken. Sent painfully detailed descriptions and videos to support and all they do is send back a page from the manual. If that page was sufficient I would never have needed to reach out. I am fairly sure the grinder is broken. After 6 weeks (!!) of back and forth I still just got back what the manual says and they told me they can't verify the warranty status. They suggested I take it in (at my expense) to a service center. The closest is 300 miles from where I live.Great coffee while it worked but the company is not willing to stand behind their product.Update: evidently the warranty is not valid because I did not buy from an approved retailer (bought via this page from a third party seller -- don't do that). Their expectation is for the customer to research the terms of the warranty on their website and from there to understand that the warranty is not valid from some retailers. My view is that it is unreasonable. They built the machine and should honor the warranty within the warranty window. After talking on the phone I got the option to buy service online for $260. If all goes well, I will pay $260 to fix the machine that broke after 11 months of use. It was new when I received it.

Delicious!
We had been using a french press for years, but this was getting to be to much of a hassle and time consuming to make coffee with everything else in our lives...kids / work. Bought this amazing, life changing machine for ourselves as a x-mas gift and couldn't be happier. Supper easy to set-up, push a couple of buttons and you have an hot, delicious cup of coffee in less than a minute! Made my first Latte today, also amazing and easy. Couldn't be happier. It's a little pricy, but if you break it down per use or the savings on Starbucks, it's not that bad.Opted for this over the Philips, which also seems great, but that model is HUGE on my counter and this one seems to have a better design. I would write more, but I need to go make a latte.

It is wonderful coffee
Easy to use - we had a built in Miele but then moved so needed to find a tabletop machine. We love it

Happy with my dinamica
You definitely have to read the directions and I found YouTube videos helpful in learning all about it. I have been very happy so far with the performance of this machine. It take bit or trial and error to get your coffee the way you like it. Daily cleaning is easy. I haven’t mastered the frother yet, and please note it does not come with a frothing pitcher. You must buy it separately. I also haven’t descaled the machine so I can’t comment on that. Once you learn how to use it, it makes a great cup of coffee. I like this model because it has the ice coffee option too. I recommend this machine for people who want fresh ground coffee with nothing more than a push of a few buttons.
