Got cut at the front by my front teeth (not recommended for grinding if you have overbite or deepbite),started to turn yellow in few days. Its width is 7cm

just got it today. it's very thick, I found it very uncomfortable even for short duration. I have now cut away the top portion and find it ok but still not usable as intended. will try using it for few more days, have a feeling I may need to junk it

Big size for big mouth. Otherwise, use scissors to trim to fit.It takes some time to get use of it. But after that you'll feel comfortable.
