Talk about the blind leading the blind, there are exactly no instructions on Amazon or the seller's website and nothing of note on YouTube on how to install this darn thing. I got it done on my second try so ordering 5 is a must. 10 if you are clumsy. The way I did it was to peel the ring off the backing and stick it on the bezel. That's the easy part. It gets tougher trying to remove the backing of other side. The best I can say is press the ring firmly to the bezel for several minutes. Then, with your exacto knife, remove the white backing completely and there, stuck to the bezel will be the sticky part, ready for attachment to the watch itself. I spent time trying to pick the white backing in a gentle manner. No good. Dig in there like a mongoose digging down after a King Cobra and off it will come!f

I think these are overpriced (-1 star), but not sure where to get them cheaper, so maybe I’m wrong. Maybe they could include 10 in the package for the five bucks. Also, I know it’s a margin killer, but wish these were Prime. The shipping was slow.They seem to work. Easy to use. I’m too afraid to swim with them, but if I do a few times, and the insert still holds, I will report back.
