OK, so I started using this about a month ago. At first I felt there was no change in my function. About a week ago, I started to notice that my outlook on life was more robust. I have been self healing my Adrenal Fatigue for the last 3 months. It was to the point where I couldn't sleep at night because the adrenaline rushes would wake me up every time I started to lose consciousness. All day my nervous system felt like a train wreck and I felt so unhealthy. It was effecting every aspect of my life. Don't take the melatonin until you are ready to actually close your eyes, because the effects of it only last 20-30 min, where it triggers your body's natural sleep mode.3. Take DHEA from a high quality source. It is one of the key hormones that healthy functioning adrenal glands regulate and secrete. Adrenal fatigue screws with your body's hormonal system and I have found that taking DHEA in the morning makes me feel healthy again. I believe this product has helped me tighten up my body in the gym! I have become firmer all over than before I started taking this product. I had wanted to balance my hormones and read that DHEA could be of help. I didn't notice a difference in my excessive hair shedding, but my hot flashes seemed to be less frequent. I am about half finished with my 2nd bottle (they come in 50 capsules each bottle). I just ordered it again. I didn't give it the full 5 stars because it hasn't yet addressed hormonal hair loss (which is what drew me to take it in the first place) and my hot flashes are still occurring.
