Hard to find in stores lately; nice citrusy flavor; I use on many of my baked and grilled chicken dishes, pretty much an all purpose usage, it’s one of my pantry staples, I recommend.

I used this seasoning along with a Greek all purpose seasoning, marinated overnight. Cooked in rotisserie cooker, followed by roasting to crisp the skin. It was outstanding!

If you like dry rubs and a nice kick of acid you must try this. Adds a nice tangy flavor to any dish, especially chicken and steak. It's really all you need.
