Wonderful kitchen utensil!
I love this product. It fits a regular size chicken perfectly. I placed a tall beer can, not the regular size can in the middle when I made this chicken. It worked perfectly! It allows for easy cooking of the entire chicken! Depending on your oven, you can open your oven and rotate the chicken to facilitate the cooking process. It’s not necessary but you can if you want to. The product is also super easy to clean and easy to use. Would definitely recommend. Next time, I’ll use a regular can to see if there is any major difference. Overall, I’m very pleased!

Great quality, missing 1 thing
Great quality and they work. Only thing that could make them any better would be if the each actually held the beer can instead of just sitting on top of it. Make it a little difficult putting it on and taking it off of the smoker.

Great little item
I made the first beer can chicken on my pellet grill using this item. It was sturdy and perfect for holding the chickent. The hardest part was getting the chicken off the grill then off of the item, since it was so hot. Have the proper tools to remove the chicken, but the chicken was cooked to perfection and tasted great!

Easy Peasy
Sturdy, simplistic and easy to clean. Used it several times in both our conventional oven and in our smoker. Great results each time. It is recommended to use a half full can of room temp beer. Be sure and throw some spices in the liquid too so it can steam out and into the interior of the bird.

Works good only thing is when you get chicken out of smoker beer can falls out and makes a mess

Construction is very neat and clean, welding is well done, and sturdy- - -BUTThe "footprint" is a bit small. You have to be very careful once the beer and chicken are 'installed' . The combination is a bit top heavy and easy to tip. Once everything is in place , it will stay put but it is still precarious. I will probably TIG weld some larger "ears" to make it steadier, other wise, it's pretty usable.
