Q: What does it mean when they say there are 3 sizes in the box ?

Both boxes I've purchased are one size. Not sure what 3 sizes mean.

Q: I hate to ask a stupid question but do the nail tees have nail polish remover on them? Or do you have to still use polish remover and drunking them in

The Nail Tees does not have nail polish remover on them. You will have to use polish remover.

Q: Would these work to clean dirt from under a 6 year olds fingernails? My child is terrified of the pointed metal cleaners.

I've never used them for this purpose, but I think they would work. They're just a plastic stem with pointed cotton on each end. I assume you would want to moisten them with soapy water. It might help, too, if you had the child soak the ends of his/her fingertips in a bowl or warm soapy water for 10 minutes or so -- that would make it easier to use the cotton ends to get the dirt out. You can tell your child that I don't like pointed cleaners either -- it's too easy for someone to go just that little bit too far in and OUCH! This is a much better idea.
