Good general tweezers, not for detail work
These are great tweezers for general work, but for fine, precise plating, the ends are too thick. Plating stuff like sakura leaf strips, capers, daikon radish rounds, and citrus zest is nearly impossible to do in a timely fashion during service. Maybe with more practice, sure, but not for me.
