A product that really works on exterior stone projects!
I have used Foundation Armor SX5000 (Solvent based) for years on several home stone projects. Its easy to apply, and lasts for years. I have used it exclusively on exterior limestone chimney and several limestone siding projects. Once applied, the water just runs off of the limestone (which is notoriously porous). Couldn't be happier with this product!

This product delivers
This was my first time sealing pavers. I followed the directions carefully and I'm pleased with the outcome. The images attached clearly show water beading so this should do a good job of keeping the mold out. I will be purchasing more of this product for another job.

Great Product, Missing Long Safety Requirements and Health Concerns in Description
Pros:I was very impressed with the ease of application, look, and water repelling capability. I was able to cover approximately 500 sq with two coats using a brush.Cons:The product description on the website doesn't include the laundry list of health and safety concerns, received in the box, which is required to properly apply this product and dispose of extra material. The product is EXTREMELY flammable! The product notes the use of a very specific sprayer to apply, which I hadn't purchased. Additionally, the product noted the extreme need to wear a respirator and keep the product away from eyes. Additionally, the product noted multiple safety concerns to plants and wildlife, none of which are noted in the product description here on Amazon. I wore a respirator and used a paint brush to apply. I didn't mind taking the extra safety and health prevention measures but the company should post these hazards in the product description on Amazon.

Water beaded up on flagstone like a good car wax
Very impressed. The sealant is very watery and splashes and freely rolls off of a roller, so you have to be careful not to make a mess. It was very easy to apply. After letting my flagstone counter top dry for 24 hours, I put water on the counter top and it beaded up like a good automotive car wax on a car. Very impressed. It is a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay, but if it lasts as long as stated, it will be well worth it.

This WORKS!
I wanted to write this to thank the sellers of this product and let people know this product works perfectly. Background: I live in the city and my garage opens up to an ally--on either side of my garage are cinder blocks--and for 20 years salt trucks have been spraying salt and this year I noticed when it rained the cinder blocks outside AND inside my garage would show signs of wetness. Needless to say this is not good--so I concluded that erosion on the ouside cinder block had caused this. I ordered this product and followed directions exactly and the wetness has 100% stopped. We got a rain storm with 5 inches of rain this past 24 hours and not one drop of rain wets those blocks. This product WORKS. Thank you!

Not impressed with results
I am not impressed with this product. I applied it on new concrete that has cured since August 20th. I applied the product on October 2nd. Before applying I cleaned the concrete and let it dry for 48 hours. The weather was perfect when I applied it, and temperatures stayed within spec the entire time I applied and let it cure.I had a small patio with <200sq ft and I applied 2 coats in accordance with the directions with a low pressure sprayer and back brushed after each coat to ensure even distribution. I used 2 full gallons of product.I am disappointed with the results. Today I did a water heading test. The water initially beads up and then soaks in on most areas after a very short time. My neighbor bought some other stuff locally that performs way better than this product and it was less expensive.I am really unimpressed.

Applied to chimney above roof line.
I sealed water out of the brick and cement. This product is easy to apply with a brush / roller. The chimney is old, has spalling bricks, and the top has surface cracking. To prevent that from worsening I used this product. Chimney didn't change colors, and there has been no new spalling as the winter has progressed. I am hopeful that the product will work for up to 7 years. I also tried to use a garden sprayer, but the product dissolved the sprayers o-rings. Just use a brush or roller as suggested. Or get the water based product if you want to use a sprayer.

Ease of use
We used it to seal our small concrete porch that is one year old to keep down the powdered dust from it and water resistance. It advertised to do what we want it to do but is yet to be determined. Hopefully it will meet our expectations since we just applied it!
