Exactly what I needed: Soft, provided pain relief and easy to use
Overall: A great product, very versatile for different needs. I purchased for pain relief purposes as an alternative to hot water bottles. Have recommended to friends and family for both pain and comfort needs.Detailed: I think this is a great product that once I got into the correct position found that it has greatly helped with relieving some pain related to sciatica and endometriosis. As I have been stuck in my office chair a lot during lock down for work I have found that placing this heat mat against my lower back and sitting on it has provided the best result. I have placed it against multiple fabric furniture pieces with good success: leather chair, fabric padded chair, on bedding. The connector is not too intrusive and with a generous cable length it easily reached the plug in all situations used.It doesn't take long to warm up and maintains it's heat for the duration - until it times out with the safety feature. This has been great as I struggled to sleep prior to purchasing this but with this mat I was able to relax, fall asleep and the mat turned off after the safety time. I found the adjustment dials very responsive and quick to change the temperature to what ever suits your needs. The fabric is very soft and lovely to touch. I've not had to wash it yet but instructions for cleaning are included. While I haven't discarded my hot water bottle, I definitely reach for this heating mat first. I have since recommended this to my family and friends who experience pain or are looking for a soothing, easy to use heating pad.

Lasted just 1 month
Initially when the product arrived I was impressed with the size of the pad and the heat it provided. I'm disabled and I use heat pads to help with chronic pain and this one runs the length of my spine so I was very pleased. However, the product arrived on the 16th January and by the 29th of February it just stopped working. No error code, no warning at all it just stopped switching on.As the return period was by the 17th February and now just 12 days later I am unable to return this faulty item which was simply not fit for purpose.Interestingly I had to return a heated throw also made by Cosihomes just last week after it broke in the same way with just short of a months use. So this does not inspire me with confidence in this brand and I will not be buying any of their products againI actually have a Dreamland heatpad that has been used daily for over a year and is still going strong and have now purchased one their heated throws in the hope that is also a better product!Avoid Cosihomes

Great for stiff necks
My partner gets occasional stiff shoulders and necks. This really does the trick and puts warmth where it's needed.Very reasonably priced and easy to store.

Very small and turns itself off constantly
I got this to save on bills - wife uses a big heated blanket but I hate the idea of being draped in something while I'm trying to work. I thought I could attach this to my chair somehow and get a sort of 'heated seat' experience but it's so small and fiddly it's not really all that useful (and the plug and cord are bulky). It gets hot quickly, but too hot to sit on/against for any long period. It also just turns itself off (might be a safety function?) after about an hour and can only be turned on again at the mains plug, which is really annoying. I still use it but it's not the most versatile thing I could've bought, it's a bit of a pain tbh.
