if i forgot to open the app, can i later open the app and get the info from the scale?

Dear customer, Thank you for asking. Yes, the scale can be used in 2 ways: 1. You can use the scale with the app open and have the scale synced with your phone. The measurements are uploaded to the app immediately. 2. You can use the scale without your phone. The scale can store 10 measurements; and once you open the app and the phone is connected to the scale, the data will be uploaded to your account automatically when you wake up the scale. Please do not take batteries out(or press the reset button) before you synced the measurements to your account, otherwise, the data stored in the scale will be lost. Tips: 1. Please measure with barefoot and wait for the scale to auto-shutoff(about 15 seconds) before stepping off. 2. Does it sync with Apple Health and Fitbit?

Please note you can set up the permission via the Apple Health app, not via the setting of your phone. Please try the fllowing steps: 1. Open your Apple Health app 2. Click/Tap the avatar icon at the top right corner 3. Click/Tap the "Apps" under the list of privacy 4. Click/Tap "Renpho" app 5. Click/Tap "Turn All Categories On" at the top left corner 6. Tap "Summary" after finished weighing, then you will see the data synced to Apple health If you want to know how to connect the app to Fitbit app. Please follow the steps below: 1.Open the “Renpho” app 2.Tap/Select “My Account" 3.Tap/Select“Settings” 4.Tap/Select“Fitbit” 5.Enable Fitbit, log in to your Fitbit account. 6.Select "Allow All" and then tap"Allow" to access Fitbit app. Tips: 1.
