Good
It has definitely an acquired taste. I have heard about kombucha about 6 years ago on YouTubesourdough bread and kombucha was all the craze on YouTube at that time. I didn't think it was available in India at that time. I came across YouTube short of founder of this company so I decided to find it on internet and found a link from Amazon and ordered it.About the product:They send a 2 page leaflet very much helpful. As mentioned in it unpasteurizedAnd alive kombucha.Taste I liked it.Probiotic good for gut health.Looking forward to get scoby from them and start brewing my own after few days right now iam little busy.Lot of Fezzing after opening the bottle which shows ongoing fermentation. Very nice product and very authentic ( I think I'm no expert). Hope to replace my morning cup of tea with it.Main reason to buy this was probiotics.

Satisfied customer
Fermented well, had only 4 ingredients, excluding water, and did not include any preservatives, etc. It's a good product. The bottles I received had an uneven base as a result it could not stand. Seems weird as bottles normally are kept in an upright position. Anyway, I love the flavour and am sure, my gut was happy.

Okay Okay
Too much of fermentation, effectiveness is good enough for making new kombucha batch otherwise it's okay to consume.

Great prduct. Wow
𝓡𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓪𝓵𝓪 𝓟𝓸𝓵𝓸 & 𝓞𝓻𝓰𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓬 𝓕𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓼.Kombucha is a fermented tea rich in probiotics, antioxidants & vitamins. Potential health benefits include improved gut health, heart health, mental health & weight management. The drink may also assist specific health conditions, such as type 2 diabetes management, liver health & cancer.Kombucha contains antioxidantsAntioxidants are compounds found in food that help protect your body. They can help reduce inflammation, support your immune systems and reduce DNA damage.Kombucha provides similar benefits to green tea & protect against conditions like diabetes & cancer. It also contains probiotics, which benefit your gut microbiome.People have consumed kombucha, a type of fermented tea, for thousands of years. Not only does it have the same health benefits as tea — it’s also rich in beneficial probiotics.Kombucha also contains antioxidants, can kill harmful bacteria, & may help fight several diseases. The top health benefits of kombucha, based on scientific evidence.1. Kombucha contains probiotics. Kombucha is thought to originate in Japan. It’s made by adding specific strains of bacteria, yeast, & sugar to black or green tea & then allowing it to ferment for a week or more.During this process, bacteria & yeast form a mushroom-like film on the surface of the liquid. This is why kombucha is also known as “mushroom tea.”This blob is a living symbiotic colony of bacteria & yeast, or a SCOBY, and can be used to ferment new kombucha. The fermentation process produces acetic acid (also found in vinegar) & several other acidic compounds, trace levels of alcohol, & gases that make it carbonated.A large number of bacteria also grow in the mixture. Kombucha contains several species of lactic acid bacteria that may have a probiotic function.Probiotics provide your gut with healthy bacteria. These bacteria may improve many aspects of health, including digestion, inflammation, & even weight loss.2. Kombucha may provide the benefits of green teaGreen tea contains many bioactive compounds, such as polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants in the body.Kombucha made from green tea contains many of the same plant compounds & presumably boasts some of the same benefits.Studies show that drinking green tea regularly or taking supplements containing green tea extract can increase the number of calories you burn, reduce belly fat, improve cholesterol levels, help with blood sugar control, and more.Studies also show that green tea drinkers have a reduced risk of prostate, breast, and colon cancers.3. Kombucha may benefit liver healthAntioxidants are substances that fight free radicals, reactive molecules that can damage your cells. Kombucha, especially when made with green tea, appears to have antioxidant effects on your liver.Rat studies have shown that drinking kombucha regularly reduces liver toxicity caused by toxic chemicals. While no human studies exist on this topic, it seems like a promising research area for people with liver disease.4. Kombucha may kill harmful bacteriaOne of the main substances produced during the fermentation of kombucha is acetic acid, which is also abundant in vinegar.Like the polyphenols in tea, acetic acid can kill many potentially harmful microorganisms.Kombucha made from black or green tea has strong antibacterial properties, particularly against infection-causing bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella typhi. These antimicrobial effects suppress the growth of undesirable bacteria & yeasts in test tube studies, but they do not affect the beneficial, probiotic bacteria & yeasts involved in kombucha fermentation.5. Kombucha may reduce heart disease riskHeart disease is the world’s leading cause of death.Rat studies show that kombucha can greatly improve two markers of heart disease, “bad” LDL and “good” HDL cholesterol, in as few as 30 days.Even more importantly, tea (especially green tea) protects LDL cholesterol particles from oxidation, which is thought to contribute to heart disease. In fact, green tea drinkers have a lower risk of developing heart disease, a benefit that may also apply to kombucha.6. Kombucha may help manage type 2 diabetesType 2 diabetes affects over 462 million people worldwide. It’s characterized by high blood sugar levels and insulin resistance.A 2012 study in diabetic rats found that kombucha slowed down the digestion of carbs, which reduced blood sugar levels. It also improved liver & kidney function. In a 2023 pilot study, participants who consumed kombucha (240 mL/day for 4 weeks) had lower fasting blood sugar levels than baseline, while the placebo group did not.A 2023 randomized controlled trial found that kombucha lowered the blood sugar response to high glycemic index meals in healthy adults.7. Kombucha may help protect against cancerCancer is one of the world’s leading causes of death. It’s characterized by cell mutation & uncontrolled cell growth. In test-tube studies, kombucha helped prevent the growth & spread of cancerous cells, possibly due to its high concentration of tea polyphenols and antioxidants. How the anticancer properties of tea polyphenols work isn’t well understood. It’s thought that the polyphenols block gene mutation and the growth of cancer cells while also promoting cancer cell death. For this reason, it isn’t surprising that tea drinkers are less likely to develop various types of cancer.Stay healthy. Nothing can help more than turmeric, ginger, garlic, moringa, kombucha, consumed each day.𝓡𝓲𝓼𝓼𝓪𝓵𝓪 𝓟𝓸𝓵𝓸 & 𝓞𝓻𝓰𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓬 𝓕𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓼.Evoletindia.com.Super products for. A super geniune company. Salutes.

Product needs major revision and they need cleaner kitchens.
I called for this product after the number of positive reviews on it. What surprises me is how a product if priced lower than the market rate can be perceived as a good one and lack of information in this country.Having studied microbiology, my first reaction was to check the product. I have some major concerns.1) The pH of the product was almost 2.2. Using plastic for something like this is just not acceptable. The plastic leaches and is almost carcinogenic. It's no longer good for health anymore, if anything it's detrimental for health to have kombucha in a plastic bottle. That itself was the biggest no-no and I knew I was not going to order again.2) The packaging is just horrific. You need a hammer to break them.3) I happened to measure the sugar in their Kombucha and it was 14gms per 100 ml. This is a major concern I have with Indian brands. They claim anything when it comes to the sugar quantities. This other brand in Delhi called Atmosphere has the same problem - 18gms sugar per 100ml which is almost as much as coke if not more. They openly claim to have 5g/100 ml. Of course any beverage with that much sugar is going to be refreshing and taste great. And yes, I have been brewing Kombucha for about 2 years now. Got my SCOBY from Amazon(cultures to love). I do understand that kombucha sugar levels keep changing throughout the cycle but they don't go from 14 gms to 3 gms unless they turn to vinegar. The only two brands I know that had 6gms/100ml was Bombucha and Zoh Probiotics. Although Zoh tasted a lot better and had a brilliant microbes cound and Bombucha didn't have any live bacteria in it.As much as I appreciate the cause of the organisation and the hand written letter, I'm absolutely against Kombucha in plastic bottles, continuing to ferment while they come from Himachal becoming carcinogenic. Obviously if they haven't measured their sugar quantities, and they're claiming 3.5 odd grams in 100 ml. They write they have total carbohydrates as 7 g and out of that total sugars as 2g. Where are these other sugars coming from anyway if not from added sugars? This has made me question the authenticity of their product and I don't trust this organisation anymore no matter how many authenticity videos they put up. What is appaling is that when you see the videos they've put up, you can literally see NO FOOD SAFETY MEASURES. The Kitchen is dirty, has hay around, no nothing. The utensils they use look awful for a food service prrovider. Who knows where their hands have been and it's visible that they're not compliant with Food safety norms !?!I like to be informed, and I especially don't appreciate when nutrition labels are misleading.I would definitely like the kitchens to be clean.Firstly, if you want to sell products, please ensure proper complaince to kitchen standards and regulations. It's not right to have such ill-maintained kitchens with dogs and stray dogs roaming around. Cleanliness is BASIC!I want to request this company to get their product tested for sugars and also to please change to glass bottles even if the price needs to be increased. It's cheaper to pay extra and not consume as much sugar and plastic.
